placed anorderat 8:56pm on saturday 30th may, food did not arrive until now it's 10:30pm. do i need to say more? never going toorderfrom there anymore.

update: the management called and sincerely apologized for the delay and insisted that my nextorderwould be free. of course this is not the point, but they confirmed that it won't happen again. i willorderagain for sure because the food is very good.

terrible experience...it took around 2 hours to deliver the food, upon ordering at 10 we received our food at 12am and on top of that theorderwas wrong!! despite calling them 3 times after ordering on zomato and explaining to them theorderthey got it wrong.....order was very basic. and not to forget the driver kept on forgetting our address! plain awful

past few years i have been regularly visiting this place as it is closer to home as opposed to their jlt branch. each year during ramadan i end up buying around 40-50 hareesa from the unit in al barsha. well. not anymore, especially after my experience yesterday...

i went to pick up the very 1st hareesa from al barsha, whilst waiting for theorderi received a text from a friend to collect 2 for them. i noticed myorderarrived and it was left on the floor behind the counter. one of the waiters picked it up and handed it to me, i questioned why it was left on the floor and not on the counter. immediately, one of the senior members of staff stepped in and told everyone else to keep quiet. i assumed he would try to understand my concern and then come up with a solution whereas i walk away with not only theorderbut add the additional orders. instead, the gentleman told me that it was his system and if i wanted the food then i should take it or leave it.

so i decided not only to have my money returned but notorderfrom them for as long as i remain in dubai.

the staff were very rude and unprofessional. i asked for their names, to which they refused to provide. never seen anything like it!

there is a way toorderdisaster, dial this place. okay, i’m
going to be less bitter about this despite the 2 hour waiting time for
delivering 3 boxes of chicken mandi. the delivery guy smiled, god bless him.
but then the rice was undercooked. you need to read no further, go back to the
first line.

so bad service , i recived myorderafter 2 hours , and i am the who was following and calling to check where is theorderand the only thing i have from them is we will call you back no worries, and from the first hour they told me on the way on the way, and at the end after waiting one hour and a half they found that they didn't place theorderin their system, 

they think that the customer he is waiting for them all the day and he dosent have something else to do, i am working and i have one hour lunch break and i lost my lunch break for the second time sitting and waiting for myorderto be received.

and my biggest issue that no one call to say sorry for late delivery, like nothing happened. 

this is the last time i willorderfrom them,.

i made anorderfor delivery of mazbi lahm and it was the worst meal ever, the meat was burned that even you feel the taste of charcoal. i will neverorderagain

worst service i have had in 2 years in dubai. the staff is extremely rude giving the wrongorderand then when asked to correct they use a rude tone. not gonnaorderfrom this place ever again

the worst service ever seen in my life !! unprofessional ! i don't recommend this restaurant at all.....
food was not taste, "inadequate" stuff has been found inside, ... complain has been raised to rectify theorderand apologies ... they took 4hours exactly to solve it...

the mandi here is ok i would maybe give it a 6 or 7 out of 10.

i would suggest youorderthe ghalabeth lahm?? i am probably butchering the name right there but yeah its a really yummy yemeni stew. i suggest having it with bread :d

do notorderlate from the restaurant, they sent a wrongorderand very bad qality food( re-heated not fresh food)

i have placed theorderby around 2pm and delivery was showing by 2.49pm.i had called many times to check post 3pm as they had not delivered .they picked only once among multiple calls and response was so very bad.when chat with zomato they said the restaurant is non responsive.now it’s 3.50pm and they have not yet delivered.ordered for lunch and it seems need to have for dinner.this is the worst experience i ever had i. dubai in food delivery and not advisable at all .still waiting ...

i ordered today from this restaurant madhbi, fattoush and veg salona,ordercame very fast but had few negative things, soup is actually taste simply like water, no taste at all!! fattoush has big chunks of tomatoes and the portion of fattoush compared to other restaurants is really small, salona is with no taste as they added a lot of oil to it so you can’t feel the taste of anything except oil, chicken madhbi was good but nothing special! will iorderfrom there again? don’t think so as there are many places much better than this one!

best yemeni resturant in dubai so far, i strongly advice to try it out. perfect dishes with good quality and authentic taste, great value, and very good price.
take my advice and go set there andorderany dish, you will thank me for sure.
easy access from street, parking near by, big and enough tables, and floor seatings, family section available,
very nice friendly staff, clean place, healthy friendly environment.

yummy mandi and there is something very special about the rice that keeps you wanna eat more :). make sure toorderand try the freshly baked bread as well, but it's over priced compare to other mandi restaurants...

very poor service fromordertaking to delivery, took them two hours for delivery.
will neverorderagain. totally not recommended to anyone!
