placed an order at 8:56pm on saturday 30th may,fooddid not arrive until now it's 10:30pm. do i need to say more? never going to order from there anymore.

update: the management called and sincerely apologized for the delay and insisted that my next order would be free. of course this is not the point, but they confirmed that it won't happen again. i will order again for sure because thefoodis very good.

one of the best yameni restaurant in the city thefoodnever disappoints every time we visit. service is good and they have separate sections for family which is great.fooddelivery is not preferred.

terrible experience...it took around 2 hours to deliver the food, upon ordering at 10 we received ourfoodat 12am and on top of that the order was wrong!! despite calling them 3 times after ordering on zomato and explaining to them the order they got it wrong.....order was very basic. and not to forget the driver kept on forgetting our address! plain awful

past few years i have been regularly visiting this place as it is closer to home as opposed to their jlt branch. each year during ramadan i end up buying around 40-50 hareesa from the unit in al barsha. well. not anymore, especially after my experience yesterday...

i went to pick up the very 1st hareesa from al barsha, whilst waiting for the order i received a text from a friend to collect 2 for them. i noticed my order arrived and it was left on the floor behind the counter. one of the waiters picked it up and handed it to me, i questioned why it was left on the floor and not on the counter. immediately, one of the senior members of staff stepped in and told everyone else to keep quiet. i assumed he would try to understand my concern and then come up with a solution whereas i walk away with not only the order but add the additional orders. instead, the gentleman told me that it was his system and if i wanted thefoodthen i should take it or leave it.

so i decided not only to have my money returned but not order from them for as long as i remain in dubai.

the staff were very rude and unprofessional. i asked for their names, to which they refused to provide. never seen anything like it!

we've been living in al barsha for a few years now and we have always noticed the locals visiting this restaurant, and the deliveries they are doing. hence, we tried. and it was probably one of the best decisions we had.

since we are non-arabs, we honestly cannot decide what to eat, so we asked the staff what their best seller is. this is what she recommended (i forgot what it's called). it is a must-try! the meat is soooo tender, it falls of the bone!foodhere is quite delicious and will definitely come to try otherfoodin the menu. 😊

we had a very bad experience today. we had to wait more than 60 minutes before ourfoodarrived. waiter forgot it probably and did not apologize. after we received only a part of it, we wanted to leave but we couldnt cancel the remaining part. which we still didnt have! we never go to this place anymore.

good meat mandi, nice service and a clean restaurant with neat washrooms (barsha).. bit expensive but quality offoodand service is better compared to most other mandi restaurants...

honestly the worst delivery ever i had, after 2 hours the manager told me thefoodon its way and then after 15 minutes the driver called me from the restaurant asking me the location to deliver after another half an hour

i have placed the order by around 2pm and delivery was showing by 2.49pm.i had called many times to check post 3pm as they had not delivered .they picked only once among multiple calls and response was so very bad.when chat with zomato they said the restaurant is non responsive.now it’s 3.50pm and they have not yet delivered.ordered for lunch and it seems need to have for dinner.this is the worst experience i ever had i. dubai infooddelivery and not advisable at all .still waiting ...

delivery took 90min.foodwas cold. the meet was wrapped in a foil out side. arrived called. just a total waste of money.

visited this place with my family.... alhamdolillah thefoodis so delicious that no effort at all was required with kids... all enjoyed and ate to fill ... alhamdolillah

one of the best mandis in dubai believe it or not. their service andfoodis exceptional. a lot of space to sit around and you can spend a lot of time eating and sitting there.foodis always fresh no matter what. must try.
