thai food is not new to me but let me confess, beyond basics those tongue twister names often make little sense to me. so we just ordered one item from each section, thanks to the fact that we were four of us and everyone of us were game!portions were adequate and the food refreshingly good. what i like about the thai cuisine is that the tartness, pungency, sweetness, the hotness of chillies and the subtle ness of umami come out so well that they don’t overpower each other. i’m no thai/seasian food expert(and a vegetarian on top of that), but i absolutely loved the way absolute thai catered to my taste buds with all those flavours- lemon grass, water chestnut, coconut milk, broccoli, ginger and pandan! since therestaurantalso serves sushi we ordered one of that as well, which was by no means disappointing. oh ya! it’s reasonably priced! and the service is quick, severs prompt.
there is no bar attached and i found the interiors quite boring. choice of music could have been better.
