roof top places is always a bliss to enjoy your evening with some live music, match screening or some other events. place is just amazing with such a great ambiance and screens all over the place. let's talk about food which is not worth a talk, we had few dishes from their menu 5 cheese pizza, alfredo pasta & some panner tikka & none of their dishes match the standard of this place. mocktails were good. best thing about this palace is their ambience. these two stars are only because of ambiance and staff. need to work on their menu otherwise this place is awesome.

combining fantastic views, great mixes and above all an experience you'd want to tell your friends about, @578skybar is the kinda place you'd never get tired of. it's especially alluring in the evenings when you can get a panoramic view of the sunset, while you relish your favourite beverage as it is lifted above from the horizon and drawn into the gullet. 😋😋

for my order i went with egg kejriwal, tangy paneer tikka, spicy avocado sushi roll and chicken malai tikka. egg kejriwal was one of the best dishes i've had in quite some time, while the other dishes were quite delectable too. one unique thing about this place is the smoky cocktails they serve.

the staff here are extremely courteous. prices are on the higher side, but it doesn't hurt to treat yourself every once in a while, isn't it?
a must-visit place if you're in indore. highly recommended!

ever wished to celebrate your sunday chills at a rooftop cafe-bar where you can sip & bite some exceptional, but authentic dishes having made from unique recipes curated in perfection by celebrity chefs rakhee vaswani & mitesh rangras, along with some lively bollywood music at top of the city’s one of the most iconic properties naming brilliant convention centre (bcc indore). 5/78 skybar is just a place for you to have one of the most happening winter weekends of this season, chilling with your best ones along with some of the remarkable vegetarian & non-vegetarian sips & dips to dig over.

good roof top ambience. but the spoiler is the limited menu. not much to choose from but the taste and quantity is adequate. they have a good singer for live music. food is lustful in taste. should try the mouth watery chicken wings (my everywhere fav.), chicken popcons, black pepper prawns. pricey place though but lives up to it.

ambience is beautiful, calm and soothing. food is really good. live band is wow. really appreciate singer and band members. must visit place.

this is new place, and what a delight it is! the food is impeccable, - fish and chips, bbq chicken, french style sushi, everything is perfect, and so is the service. the bailey's irish cream was perfectly and promptly served. the noodles were pretty good but could have been more authentic, and the din lighting makes it difficult to read the menu. also, the heaters are only on one side and people sitting near the railing might feel a bit chilly during winters. but an amazing experience in all!

wonderful rooftop bar. amazing taste. we are non-vegeterian so can only say about it non-veg dish. extremely well behaved stuffs. those cabannas are eye candy kind off. aptly said stop making sense in 5/78 skybar. well done guys.

5/78 skybar is located on the rooftop of bcc indore. it offers a perfect night view of the city with an amazing food and drinks menu, finely curated by celebrity chef rakhee vaswani and chef mitesh rangras. and i was fortunate enough to have tasted the food in their presence with the tiniest detail of every dish served and each drink poured.

to start with, i had a ‘spicy avacado sushi’, a perfect sushi option for vegetarians. and the non-vegetarians can hog on their delicious 'chicken malai tikka' and 'chicken kebab'. the ‘mushroom & water chestnut’ dimsums are a great blend of flavors will definitely leave you to have more. the ‘mac n cheese fritters’ and ‘crispy paneer’ are a must have to keep up the taste buds robust. the pizzas here are thin crust and are prepared with fresh cheddar, gouda, mozzarella cheese, etc. thus tastes delicious till the last bite. the ‘nachos overload’ here is a masterpiece, prepared with in-house made tortilla chips, loaded with fresh veggies and topped with lots of cheese. the ‘burrito bowl’ is a perfect blend of grilled veggies, spicy mixed beans, guacamole, and jalapeno sauce. for the main course, i had a ‘khowsuey noodle meal’. though i’m not a fan of noodles but loved the combination of chicken and noodles served with hot & creamy coconut curry. a highly recommended dish over here.

i absolutely loved the cocktails here. i was served a ‘5/78 shooter’ (tequila served with a pineapple juice made with jalapenos and herbs) to kickstart the night. the ‘blood & sand’ (scotch, blood orange syrup, fresh orange juice, and sweet vermouth) can’t be a better combination of the stated. but my favorite was ‘crimson tide’ (cranberry tea, cinnamon syrup, orange, crushed ice & vodka), it was sweet to savor with a tint of vodka. finally, the night ended on a sweet note with ‘double trouble cheesecake’.

the ambiance is perky here. the standing heaters won’t let you freeze in the winter chills. the ‘stop making sense’ sign is the showstopper of this place. an elevated live music platform adds up to the beauty of this place. this is definitely one of the best rooftop cafes in the city

इंदौर शहर का एक नया 5/78 रेस्त्रो बार अपने आप मे अनूठा सा है ।ब्रिलियंट कन्वेंशन सेंटर के रूफटॉप पर अभी अभी ओपन हुआ है ।

neon sign से सजी दीवारे, सुंदर cabanas और शहर का खूबसूरत नजारा ।यहाँ आपको स्वादिष्ट खाने के साथ कुछ अनूठे कॉम्बिनेशन्स की ड्रिंक्स भी मिलेगी ।
यहाँ every wednesday और friday आपको लाइव म्यूजिक का आनंद लेने को मिलेगा ।बाकी दिनों में भी म्यूजिक बहुत ही अच्छा है ।

यहां के मेनू में काफी वेरायटीज है। sushis है तो तंदूरी dishes भी है,तो khow suey भी है ,पिज़्ज़ा भी है तो burrito bowl भी है ।काफी बढ़ा मेनू है ।
और खास बात ये मेनू सेलिब्रिटी शेफ राखी वासवानी और शेफ मितेश rangras ने डिज़ाइन किया है ।शेफ का सुंदर क्रिएशन और फ़ूड आर्ट उनकी dishes में झलकता है ।शेफ के मेनू में कुछ authentic dishes भी है तो कुछ में इंदौरी तड़का भी लगा है जो आपको जरूर से पसंद आएगा ।

सालसा, guacamole, होम मेड चीज़ सॉस।सब कुछ इनहाउस मेड ।बहुत ही स्वादिष्ट । क्रिस्पी और चटपटा ।इसे स्वादिष्ट नाचोस मैंने पहले कभी नही खाये ।पेट भर गया पर मन नही भरा।
जरूर से ट्राय करे ।

★mac & cheese fritters cheesy ,एकदम क्रिस्प और चटपटे ।बिल्कुल इंदौरी चटाखेदार ।मजा आ गया।
(मैक्रोनी चीज़ पास्ता के बॉल्स बनाके ब्रेड के चूरे में लपेट कर डीप फ्राइड किया गया ।)
जरूर से ट्राय करे ।इसके लिए 5/5 😋

★burrito bowl ये मुझे पसंद आया ।मैक्सिकन राइस बाउल और ग्रिल्ड veggies और उसके साथ guacamole और jalapeno सॉस ।स्वादिष्ट ।

★tangy chilli paneer with crackling spinach ये डिश तो ऐसा लगता है कि हम इंदौरियो के लिए ही बनी है ।चिली पनीर के ऊपर क्रिस्पी तली हुई spinach ने इसके स्वाद को दोगुना कर दिया ।
जरूर से ट्राय करे ।

★burrata magica burrata चीज़ और रेड चिल्ली आयल के साथ बना ये पिज़्ज़ा बहुत ही स्वादिष्ट था ।ये ovel शेप में बना था और छोटे टुकड़ों में था जो मुझे बहुत पसंद आया ।

एक बहुत ही अच्छी प्लेस है बर्थडे डिनर के लिए ।गेट टूगेदर के लिए । आप पार्टी भी प्लान कर सकते है ।फैमिली और फ्रेंड्स के साथ आपको ये जगह जरूर से पसंद आएगी ।यहाँ के फ़ूड सर्विंग pletters और क्राकरी बहुत ही आकर्षक है ।और ड्रिंक्स के लिए ग्लासेज तो गजब की है ।बहुत ही मेहनत और समय देकर ये सब मंगाए गए है ।बहुत ही खूबसूरत ।
एक और खास बात यहाँ आप नॉट सो देसी का मेनू भी आर्डर कर सकते है ।

one of the best rooftop restaurants in the city!
with great food, awesome ambience, courteous and helpful staff and lovely music.
i honestly don’t have any complaints from this place.
it’s great for dinner with friends as well as family.
the menu is vast and very interesting, there’s something from every cuisine and i must say everything we had was delicious.
the menu is curated by celebrity chef rakhee vaswani and chef mitesh , some dishes are authentic, whereas some are customised for the indori tastebuds.
i would definitely recommend you to try out their
-tempura prawns sushi
-khow suey
-nachos overrload (handsome portion you’ll love!)
- pan seared chicken dimsums
-mushroom n water chestnut dimsums
-burrata pizza (authentic italian)
and mac n cheese fritters!

rooftop bars are my favourite and what better than a classy, elite bar that fulfils everything from great food to soothing ambiance to great live music!
the best part is that the menu is personally curated by celebrity chef rakhee vaswani and she made sure to bring some new lipsmacking yet comforting dishes for the indori palates'.

soaring through the heights of the city, 5/78 skybar stands tall as a unique restro-bar, situated on the rooftop of brilliant convention centre, indore.

with neon signs, pretty cabanas, and a beautiful view of the city, it provides you a nice place to chill at while savouring some unique & delicious food with some tempting drinks & amazing bollywood music to groove on.

the menu is so versatile & specially curated by celebrity chefs - chef rakhee vaswani & chef mitesh rangras.
and these are my suggestions from the many options that you’ll get there-

• nachos overloaded
• pan fried chicken dumplings
• prawn tempura sushi
• pizza indiana (with chicken keema as a topping)
• blood & sand (a bourbon & orange juice based cocktail)
• mac n cheese fritters
• chilli paneer with crackling spinach

it’s an ideal place to celebrate a birthday dinner or a get-together, or even just to hang out with your friends.
in terms of food, this place is 4/5 for me, but i’ll give it an extra point for it’s beautiful ambience.
will definitely recommend.
and will definitely visit again.

the first impression is always sceptical for me because i am not sure if a place is just being impressive or it actually is stellar. so by the time i was invited to 5/78 for reviewing their food & drinks, i already had visited the skybar thrice, with different people, for different occasions. and not even once it disappointed me.

it's set on brilliant convention centre's rooftop, overlooking the citylights. this place is casual, cosy and will even turn into a party place by the late hours. the staff and their service are pleasantly hospitable and welcoming. bcc offers valet parking and there's courteous staff to guide you till the lift and to the cafebar. small things, but always big on impressions.

there's live music on wednesday & friday and their in-house playing groovy music on the other days. i particularly loved the live mixing of an instrument with the electronic music being played by the dj.

let me talk about the food and drinks.
the food menu is versatile. from sushis to wok, and tandoor items and thin-crusted pizzas to dumplings, it has a bit of everything - and the perfect choices in all of them. celebrity chef rakhee vaswani & f&b consultant mitesh rangras have added their charm to this place.

the food will make you happy. period.
my recommendations:

1. order the spinach, ricotta, burnt garlic dumplings. then order the waterchestnut & mushroom dumplings. thank me later.

2. if you're drinking, call for the overloaded nachos (homemade and flavorful, handsome portion.) or the red paneer with crackling spinach. (a nice take on chilly paneer)

3. margherita pizza if you are a lover of basic or dia bianca pizza (i love pesto sauce, and surprisingly, loved the artichoke leaves as a topping on it)

4. the 5:78 healthy wok which is an interesting do-it-yourself

5. burrito bowl (i loved this, just would have enjoyed a lesser sour version. too much jalapeno in it. so if you're like me, too, tell them to lessen/minus the jalapeno sauce.)

6. end it with the thandai tres leches or a filter coffee tiramisu.

not only it holds a wide range of cocktails, but 5/78 is also probably the only place in indore that has beer & wine cocktails, too. the variety is such, you should not go home without trying one. my favorite has to be the gin-based oriental express. love the concoction of ginger and lemongrass.

5 clear stars to this place. going back sooner than i even think.
