578 skybar is one of the happening and opulent place of indore. nested in the brilliant convention centre 578 skybar has enormous space with a birds-eye view of the city. nocturnal and party lovers will devour this place. here you can relish flaring of the ace bartenders. we enjoyed foot-tapping music and had super fun. the place is perfect for the late-night partygoers.

food: though you can relish veg and non veg food at 578 resto-bar. their main forte is non veg food and various cocktails.

today i came with my friends in 5/78 sky bar. place is so beautiful.i love the whole ambience❤☺ food was very good. service was excellent👌👍 thank you mr. laxman, mr. aatmaram for the service. special thanks to mr. vinod for the good take care & give memorable experience. and also thanks to thebartender for giving us thebartender special mocktail.i really enjoyed. thank u so much to all the staff☺👌 i will definitely come again👍☺

wow amazing music dj enjoyed the roof topbarwith a eyeappealing city view with a glass of whisky,i recomended my friends to have a visit once in week to enjoy open atmosphere on the roof top,thank you very much for the golden time such a mouth watering food wow

it was great experience in 5/78.......such a amazing staff ....specially mr.aman kotiyal.....it was amazing person....and thebartender is also thank u so much for having dinner......✌

rooftop bars are my favourite and what better than a classy, elitebarthat fulfils everything from great food to soothing ambiance to great live music!
the best part is that the menu is personally curated by celebrity chef rakhee vaswani and she made sure to bring some new lipsmacking yet comforting dishes for the indori palates'.

this newly opened rooftop skybaris perfect for a relaxed, chilled evening. one can see a whole lot of indore from the rooftop.
it is located on the top floor of brilliant convention centre next to not so desi.

the ambience is classy, there is live music plus if one gets too chilly, one can opt for tequila shots or just ask ur waiter for the heater.

there are cabanas where u can enjoy ur own private parties.

the cocktails are new age and the food is contemporary and plated interestingly.

the food menu is devised by celebrity chefs from mumbai, chef rakhee vaswani and chef mitesh rangras.

in the food i will recommend the following:
nachos overloaded: home made chips, home made salsa, sour cream, guacamole, home made cheese sauce, basically everything that goes into it is made in house. they were crunchy, and the toppings perfectly seasoned.

pizza indiana: thin crust pizza with chicken tikka, grilled onions and sprinkled with dehydrated mint powder.

mac n cheese fritters: they were cheesy, juicy with crisp exterior. basically macaroni cheese pasta made into balls and breadcrumbed and deep fried.

tempura prawn sushi: very few places serve sushi in indore. here the prawns are batter fried and stuffed in the sushi. go gor it if you are a sushi lover like i am.

chilli paneer with crackling spinach: indoris will love this, chilli paneer topped with crisp fried spinach. it gives a nice crunch to the normally soft chilli paneer.

chicken gyozas: chicken kheema dumplings which are steamed and then pan fried. the chicken mince inside is coarse which provides a nice meaty texture to the dish

all in all, a nice place to chill and have a few drinks after a hard days work. the food is excellent, cocktails are decent, the crockery and glassware are well thought of and the owners must have spent a good deal of time and money in sourcing them.

hd visited this place this evening wid my frend. soo ambience was just awsome,it is awsome.
we had ordered just vodka, so luckily that person said that they hve discount going on mocktails, cocktails and maybe on food too which will last till tommorow i.e. 30nov. so i just had to pay for 1vodka rs 545, other1 was free :) :)

newly opened place at nakshatra’s rooftop. ambience is really very nice and it’s a really happening place. welcome was really very warm by the hostess who guided us to the elevator. but the skybarstaff needs more training. they are not trained well enough to handle the crowd. our order took 1 hour to reach our table that too was wrong! and even the drinks took too long to get served. food was pretty nice. hope for a better time in future.

i went for a drink together, but ended up talking to staff like a very friendly regular customer. we had good discussions, some beers and bacardi breezer(jamaican flavour). it is the only place we could find in indore with good music. the interior is nicely decorated too. the staff is very welcoming and friendly.i came to know this is new skybarin town.but the way staff is working it seems like sky is the only limit for this place.

brilliant convention centre had came up with a new skybarin the city i went on the first day .and really enjoyed the live music .the food and service is very excellent as expected from brilliant group.they have a great offer of 1+1 which my all friends enjoyed .

i am looking for new place to hangout with my friend and got to know about a new place 578sky bar. which is in brilliant convention center. when we reached there it's a wow place. it's a openbarwith live music. great ambience which accomplished with great food /drinks /service. all of our friend enjoyed a lot. they have new concept of. food menu i really enjoyed the sushi.
