full marks to theambienceof this place, although should have a separate entrance but nevermind. service is good, view is amazing and crowd gets awesome by the night.

5/78 skybar is a potential game changer in the indori drinks scene. located on a breezy rooftop, this place had an electricambiencethanks to the neon halogens lighting up the place.

my favorite dishes among the ones i tried include the salmon sushi roll, the bbq chicken sliders and the cheesecake for dessert- all of which are truly recommended.

all in all 5/78 is the ideal place to take a group of friends for a drink or two and enjoy the indore evening.

इंदौर शहर का एक नया 5/78 रेस्त्रो बार अपने आप मे अनूठा सा है ।ब्रिलियंट कन्वेंशन सेंटर के रूफटॉप पर अभी अभी ओपन हुआ है ।

neon sign से सजी दीवारे, सुंदर cabanas और शहर का खूबसूरत नजारा ।यहाँ आपको स्वादिष्ट खाने के साथ कुछ अनूठे कॉम्बिनेशन्स की ड्रिंक्स भी मिलेगी ।
यहाँ every wednesday और friday आपको लाइव म्यूजिक का आनंद लेने को मिलेगा ।बाकी दिनों में भी म्यूजिक बहुत ही अच्छा है ।

यहां के मेनू में काफी वेरायटीज है। sushis है तो तंदूरी dishes भी है,तो khow suey भी है ,पिज़्ज़ा भी है तो burrito bowl भी है ।काफी बढ़ा मेनू है ।
और खास बात ये मेनू सेलिब्रिटी शेफ राखी वासवानी और शेफ मितेश rangras ने डिज़ाइन किया है ।शेफ का सुंदर क्रिएशन और फ़ूड आर्ट उनकी dishes में झलकता है ।शेफ के मेनू में कुछ authentic dishes भी है तो कुछ में इंदौरी तड़का भी लगा है जो आपको जरूर से पसंद आएगा ।

★nachos overloaded होम मेड चिप्स, होममेड
सालसा, guacamole, होम मेड चीज़ सॉस।सब कुछ इनहाउस मेड ।बहुत ही स्वादिष्ट । क्रिस्पी और चटपटा ।इसे स्वादिष्ट नाचोस मैंने पहले कभी नही खाये ।पेट भर गया पर मन नही भरा।
जरूर से ट्राय करे ।

★mac & cheese fritters cheesy ,एकदम क्रिस्प और चटपटे ।बिल्कुल इंदौरी चटाखेदार ।मजा आ गया।
(मैक्रोनी चीज़ पास्ता के बॉल्स बनाके ब्रेड के चूरे में लपेट कर डीप फ्राइड किया गया ।)
जरूर से ट्राय करे ।इसके लिए 5/5 😋

★burrito bowl ये मुझे पसंद आया ।मैक्सिकन राइस बाउल और ग्रिल्ड veggies और उसके साथ guacamole और jalapeno सॉस ।स्वादिष्ट ।

★tangy chilli paneer with crackling spinach ये डिश तो ऐसा लगता है कि हम इंदौरियो के लिए ही बनी है ।चिली पनीर के ऊपर क्रिस्पी तली हुई spinach ने इसके स्वाद को दोगुना कर दिया ।
जरूर से ट्राय करे ।

★5/78 special mocktail

★burrata magica burrata चीज़ और रेड चिल्ली आयल के साथ बना ये पिज़्ज़ा बहुत ही स्वादिष्ट था ।ये ovel शेप में बना था और छोटे टुकड़ों में था जो मुझे बहुत पसंद आया ।

एक बहुत ही अच्छी प्लेस है बर्थडे डिनर के लिए ।गेट टूगेदर के लिए । आप पार्टी भी प्लान कर सकते है ।फैमिली और फ्रेंड्स के साथ आपको ये जगह जरूर से पसंद आएगी ।यहाँ के फ़ूड सर्विंग pletters और क्राकरी बहुत ही आकर्षक है ।और ड्रिंक्स के लिए ग्लासेज तो गजब की है ।बहुत ही मेहनत और समय देकर ये सब मंगाए गए है ।बहुत ही खूबसूरत ।
एक और खास बात यहाँ आप नॉट सो देसी का मेनू भी आर्डर कर सकते है ।

this newly opened rooftop sky bar is perfect for a relaxed, chilled evening. one can see a whole lot of indore from the rooftop.
it is located on the top floor of brilliant convention centre next to not so desi.

theambienceis classy, there is live music plus if one gets too chilly, one can opt for tequila shots or just ask ur waiter for the heater.

there are cabanas where u can enjoy ur own private parties.

the cocktails are new age and the food is contemporary and plated interestingly.

the food menu is devised by celebrity chefs from mumbai, chef rakhee vaswani and chef mitesh rangras.

in the food i will recommend the following:
nachos overloaded: home made chips, home made salsa, sour cream, guacamole, home made cheese sauce, basically everything that goes into it is made in house. they were crunchy, and the toppings perfectly seasoned.

pizza indiana: thin crust pizza with chicken tikka, grilled onions and sprinkled with dehydrated mint powder.

mac n cheese fritters: they were cheesy, juicy with crisp exterior. basically macaroni cheese pasta made into balls and breadcrumbed and deep fried.

tempura prawn sushi: very few places serve sushi in indore. here the prawns are batter fried and stuffed in the sushi. go gor it if you are a sushi lover like i am.

chilli paneer with crackling spinach: indoris will love this, chilli paneer topped with crisp fried spinach. it gives a nice crunch to the normally soft chilli paneer.

chicken gyozas: chicken kheema dumplings which are steamed and then pan fried. the chicken mince inside is coarse which provides a nice meaty texture to the dish

all in all, a nice place to chill and have a few drinks after a hard days work. the food is excellent, cocktails are decent, the crockery and glassware are well thought of and the owners must have spent a good deal of time and money in sourcing them.

hd visited this place this evening wid my frend. sooambiencewas just awsome,it is awsome.
we had ordered just vodka, so luckily that person said that they hve discount going on mocktails, cocktails and maybe on food too which will last till tommorow i.e. 30nov. so i just had to pay for 1vodka rs 545, other1 was free :) :)
lovely bar in city. looking forward to catch again. it's hardly 2mins away from my home :d :p

it's a lovely rooftop cafebar with goodambienceand quick service. tried pizza n 5/78 special mocktail. pizza was good worth trying. mocktail could have been better.

newly opened place at nakshatra’s rooftop.ambienceis really very nice and it’s a really happening place. welcome was really very warm by the hostess who guided us to the elevator. but the sky bar staff needs more training. they are not trained well enough to handle the crowd. our order took 1 hour to reach our table that too was wrong! and even the drinks took too long to get served. food was pretty nice. hope for a better time in future.

i am looking for new place to hangout with my friend and got to know about a new place 578sky bar. which is in brilliant convention center. when we reached there it's a wow place. it's a open bar with live music. greatambiencewhich accomplished with great food /drinks /service. all of our friend enjoyed a lot. they have new concept of. food menu i really enjoyed the sushi.

this is the one of the best place in indore as compaire to foodambiencemusic and the amazing drink menu a mouth odouring coktails are the best part of it with open air environment simply amazing recommended for every occassion
