3 women and an oven

this place has the worst customer service ever. first i called to talk about my order and i was advised to send a picture of the desired cake to someone through the website when the website won't allow me to do that and when the steps for ordering are calling thestore- written on website. since i was sure this person was giving me the wrong info i decided to drive down 25 min to thestoreto put in my order. i get to thestoreand there were 4 people working. all young kids. one wasn't older than 10 years old. i need a certain themed cake and we are over a week away from the party. i was told they could do something simple since they request 2 weeks in advance. sure enough i was still happy they were taking care of me. while we were trying to figure out what kind of design we could come up with this girl gets up and tell me they wold not going to make anything for me rather than their simple design. i just walked away. i can take my business elsewhere. hire people who care! people who will be kind to your customers! if i ever hear anyone saying they're thinking about ordering anything from this place i will highly recommend them not to. i own a business myself and i go above and beyond for my customers, i'm not going to be treated like i don't matter by a couple of 15 year olds. that's ridiculous!

poor customer service. it was my first time in the actualstoreand i was overwhelmed with the wonderful smell. however, the employees are what stunk! they were rude and offered no customer service to me. they acted like they had more important things to do than help a silly customer. i would never go back, they have room for much needed improvement!

maybe i just tried the wrong thing?. stopped in for a single cupcake and ate it in the store. thestoreis beautiful, the cupcakes and other goodies all look delectable; i chose the pink champagne cupcake because it was just so beautiful i couldn't resist it. the cupcake ($4 with tax) was still cool having just come from the cooled display case. the cake part seemed tasteless and the frosting was cold. maybe it would've been better if i had allowed it to sit and get to room temperature before eating. i'll try this place again and let the cupcake warm up before i eat it. i'll probably try a different flavor of cupcake; there were many different flavors in which to choose from.
