thisplacehas the worst customer service ever. first i called to talk about my order and i was advised to send a picture of the desired cake to someone through the website when the website won't allow me to do that and when the steps for ordering are calling the store - written on website. since i was sure this person was giving me the wrong info i decided to drive down 25 min to the store to put in my order. i get to the store and there were 4 people working. all young kids. one wasn't older than 10 years old. i need a certain themed cake and we are over a week away from the party. i was told they could do something simple since they request 2 weeks in advance. sure enough i was still happy they were taking care of me. while we were trying to figure out what kind of design we could come up with this girl gets up and tell me they wold not going to make anything for me rather than their simple design. i just walked away. i can take my business elsewhere. hire people who care! people who will be kind to your customers! if i ever hear anyone saying they're thinking about ordering anything from thisplacei will highly recommend them not to. i own a business myself and i go above and beyond for my customers, i'm not going to be treated like i don't matter by a couple of 15 year olds. that's ridiculous!

like thisplacefor its signature cakes. their chocolate kalua deserves a special mention. thisplaceis a must try for cake lovers. do order birthday cakes from here.

i would recommend!. i love the different variety of cakes they offer! each time i go into this place, they are friendly and helpful. i will recommend thisplaceto my family and friends!

birthday cake. i got a birthday cake for my husband's 30th birthday from 3 women and an oven and everyone loved it! everyone was raving about how good it is. i still have people call me to this day and ask me what the name of theplacewas. it is very pricey but you definatly get what you pay for here!

maybe i just tried the wrong thing?. stopped in for a single cupcake and ate it in the store. the store is beautiful, the cupcakes and other goodies all look delectable; i chose the pink champagne cupcake because it was just so beautiful i couldn't resist it. the cupcake ($4 with tax) was still cool having just come from the cooled display case. the cake part seemed tasteless and the frosting was cold. maybe it would've been better if i had allowed it to sit and get to room temperature before eating. i'll try thisplaceagain and let the cupcake warm up before i eat it. i'll probably try a different flavor of cupcake; there were many different flavors in which to choose from.
