great for a quick sweet tooth craving and fabulous small cakes for small gatherings.

this is really good stuff. we've had their cakes, cupcakes and cookies and they always deliver mindblowing taste. we don't go there very often because it's very expensive and let's face it, you don't really get much for the extreme cost. however, once in a while we have to have it. yes, they'll continue to get some business from us but not near as often as we'd really like.

i bought a red velvet cake here for a co-worker who is extremely picky. normally would've bought a hy-vee cake but thought to try this place. nice people at the store, the cake looked beautiful, and it was a great red velvet: dense, moist, and chocolatey. our office agreed to order strictly from here from now on.

this place has the worst customer service ever. first i called to talk about my order and i was advised to send a picture of the desired cake to someone through the website when the website won't allow me to do that and when the steps for ordering are calling the store - written on website. since i was sure this person was giving me the wrong info i decided to drive down 25 min to the store to put in my order. i get to the store and there were 4 people working. all young kids. one wasn't older than 10 years old. i need a certain themed cake and we are over a week away from the party. i was told they could do something simple since they request 2 weeks in advance. sure enough i was still happy they were taking care of me. while we were trying to figure out what kind of design we could come up with this girl gets up and tell me they wold not going to make anything for me rather than their simple design. i just walked away. i can take my business elsewhere. hire people who care! people who will be kind to your customers! if i ever hear anyone saying they're thinking about ordering anything from this place i will highly recommend them not to. i own a business myself and i go above and beyond for my customers, i'm not going to be treated like i don't matter by a couple of 15 year olds. that's ridiculous!

like this place for its signature cakes. their chocolate kalua deserves a special mention. this place is a must try for cake lovers. do order birthday cakes from here.

beautiful store! beautiful presentation but i thought the baby cakes were lacking flavor. but they were soooo beautiful!!!! i'd buy them again because of their appearance!

frozen & old birthday cake. i ordered a chocolate cake for my hubby's birthday last october. i told them i will pick it up saturday for our dinner birthday. they call us friday to remind us to pick it up so i told them i won't be able to pick it up till saturday as planned. i picked it up saturday & eat it after few hours. the cake looks awesome with the chocolate decor & frosting but as soon as i took it out of the box, the icing on the side was too hard & looked like it's been frozen for so many days. the cake tasted old & the fillings did not taste as fresh as it should. i was very dissatisfied with the taste to think that i spent over fifty bucks on a 9 inches round cake. i tried their cupcakes & small round cake before & was very pleased with the taste so i was really shocked when i gotten the cake. i don't really write a review but with this experience i felt that i should to improve their service & their product. i believe they should make cake few days & not freeze it for so many days before the ordered date.

great tasting desserts and cupcakes!. my wedding cake was made by leighana, a head decorator here, and i loved it. i came to her with a few ideas and she made an amazing cake. i still have wedding guests telling me how awesome it was, over a year later.

their cupcakes and baby cakes are good too, i love all the flavor choices and especially the edible glitter. the prices are reasonable for single items or smaller orders, but of course they are a little more pricey for custom cakes and desserts. however, i would pay more and get a great cake or dessert than leave with a "bad taste in my mouth" -- literally. i will continue to come here for all my dessert needs.

horrible experience and cake. i ordered a 2-tier cake for my daughter's 3rd birthday at "3 women and an oven" and truly regret it. this is the first time i write a review on anything, but i really felt compelled to. the cake was lemon with strawberry filling and decorated with toy story theme. bear in mind i spent $200 on the cake. when i went to pick it up, the decoration was horrible... the characters were made with fondant ...and jammed together on "the front" of the cake, and nothing on the other sides or back. it looked so cheap and poorly made. the top had buzz which didn't allow me to put a candle. when i complaint, the "decorator" said that i should had told them that i wanted to add a candle and that it was my obligation to tell exactly how they should decorate the cake if i wanted something that i liked. the decoration is part of the service, not something extra. i explained that i could never have a birthday party for a 3-year child without a candle and that the candle was purchased along with the cake, at the store. they asked me to return later so they could fix it. they moved the characters around and looked ok, not outstanding. then, to my surprise, they didn't placed a wooden (or plastic) dowels through both cakes, as they should. they placed 5 dowels in the lower layer and placed the top layer over the cake. when i got the party, the top cake has slid off the center of cake, since it wasn's attached at all to the lower cake and damaged everything. the cake looked absolutely horrible and the only reason i didn't cry at the party was because i decided that it wasn't worth to be upset about a poorly made cake. everyone who looked at the cake at the party asked "who did this cake???" with a disappointed look. i told them "3 women and an oven" and all i heard was "ohhh". to my surprise, the cake was dry and plain; didn't taste lemony and most of the pieces ended up in the trash. i ended up with more than half of the bottom cake left and the top one too as people decided not to eat after the first bite. if i could i've less than 1 star, i would. there.... my first review ever in a website. and i won't return for another cake, ever!!!!

poor customer service. it was my first time in the actual store and i was overwhelmed with the wonderful smell. however, the employees are what stunk! they were rude and offered no customer service to me. they acted like they had more important things to do than help a silly customer. i would never go back, they have room for much needed improvement!

birthday cake. i got a birthday cake for my husband's 30th birthday from 3 women and an oven and everyone loved it! everyone was raving about how good it is. i still have people call me to this day and ask me what the name of the place was. it is very pricey but you definatly get what you pay for here!

perfection!. i brought in a picture of my parents' wedding cake and asked if they could replicate a tier for their 25th wedding anniversary. it was spot-on! gorgeous cake, wonderful service, and sooo delicious! it brought my parents' to tears. thank you 3 women and an oven. your decorators and chocolate buttercream are to die for!!

very happy. we ordered 6 dozen baby cakes for our son's rehearsal dinner and had them shipped to wisconsin.
they arrived in perfect condition and were amazing !
we enjoyed the chocolate baby cakes but the pink champagne flavor was the favorite !
love the sparkles!
we will definitely order again for a special occasion.
