awful. i have been here a few times, and the froyo is delicious, but the staff is never very friendly. my friends and i went tonight, hoping for some froyo. we weren't going to make it until 10:15pm, so we called to see if they would be open and were told, "we will be open until 11:00pm tonight." we arrived at 10:20pm, and the statement was confirmed by the sign out front, saying hours were from 11am-11pm. once we walked in, though, we weretoldto leave and that they were closed. every question was rudely answered with "we closed at 10:00pm tonight," without an explanation. despite beingtoldat 9:00pm, over the phone, that they would be open, we were refused service andtoldto leave. i will not be back.
