lost my business forever... over whether a robe is pjs? wow.. don't like bait and switch, nor do i like inconsistent policies. after being regular pj wednesday customers (and customers onfullprice days as well) for over 6 months, we were told today that our robes (which we've worn before, especially when it was cold out) are not pajamas. and she wouldn't budge on the discount, nor was she polite, nor did she offer some sort of future coupon, whatever, as our friend had already let her swipe the card before he realized we were chargefullprice.
