outstanding. the food here is outstanding. some of the bestmiddleeastern i've ever had. it's really a special thing to have such a great ethnic restaurant in our fair city. i'm not experienced enough with this type of food to speak to its authenticity, but based on the environment (including themiddleeastern waitstaff, decor, music, and belly dancer -- yes, belly dancer), i'm assuming it rates pretty high on the authenticity scale as well.
we started off with some hommous and baba ghannouj -- both of which were outstanding. when it came to the entree, i'm something of a "sampler", so whenever i go to a place like this i'm always looking for a way to get a wide selection of different menu items in front of me without needing to order 4 different entrees. zooroona made that easy with build-your-own combo meals and even larger versions for 2, 4, or 6. i got the two-item combo -- shawermah beef and baghdad kabob -- which came with some unbelievable rice and fresh grilled veggies. it was unreal.
we loved it here. food was great. company was great. environment and service was great. everything that makes a return visit a certainty.
