absolutely perfect. this is my new favorite place. very high quality produce in everything. the food was simple perfection. the wood oven pizza is cooked perfectly and rather quickly. there isn't a long wait either. the salads are so good i could eat them everyday. they have a very large salad ingredient selection. you can pick one of their salads or build a custom which i highly recommend. the salad dressings are all made from scratch. they are so good i could drink them. ok maybe that is going a bit far but they are excellent. they also make gelato from scratch. i'm not sure who had the vision or idea for this restaurant but it was executed perfectly. brilliant in its simple use of high quality produce to extraordinary food. thank you zaza!!!!
