yazu - pan asian supper club

finally a lovely place in the middle of mumbai, namely andheri lokhandwala. this place is extravagant and slightly ritzy and the crowd here is pretty dressy, page 3 types prim & proper. the place was packed on valentines eve and we got probably the only last table that was available so it’s already on the popular charts in and around. the ambience is comfortable and warm. the service is super quick and no time is wasted whatsoever. u order the food and it’s on your table in 5 mins. so hats off to the chef and servers for this. we loved all the food here and it’s definitely the kind of food i have recently fallen in love with, pan asian. this cuisine just makes me so happy.


the food and drinks were all perfect and the use of exotic vegetables and sauces was apparent.

1. in mocktails we tried the orange and strawberry mojito. it was a perfect mix of sweet sour and chilled. we also tried the ginger & kaffir lime mule. fantastic and refreshing. loved the pink ginger flavour.

2. in small plates we asked for 4 dishes. the turnip cake, it’s a must have here. just give it a try. we liked it a lot. this was followed by some mushroom dimsums and they were delicious. the dips served on the table complimented the dimsums really well. then came the california sushi and this sushi is amazing. perfect plating and perfect wasabi along with the soy dip n pickled ginger to go with this. a perfect meal for me. u can choose 4/8 pieces as per your choice. the last small plate was the smokey devils cottage cheese with white onion and chilly sauce. a lovely dish which can be eaten as a main too with some rice or noodles. the cottage cheese balls tossed in that lovely sauce was just brilliant. it was super soft and fresh. a nice tangy sweet spicy sauce.

3. in the maincourse we tried 4 dishes again. thai green curry with lots of vegetables made it taste like heaven and we also asked for another curry made of baby pok choy and peruvian asparagus with pumpkin sauce. simply wow factor!!!!! these curries blended really well with jasmine flavoured garlic rice and some haka noodles. what a perfect meal this turned out to be!!!


4. in the dessert the tried the chocolate soufflé. it’s an absolute must have. melt in the mouth and gooey. even the vanilla ice cream is of another level altogether. so do try.


i am sure to be back here as i found this meal almost perfect and pretty tempting enough to pull me back here soon. definitely a much needed addition in this part of town. i’m so glad places likeyazuhave represent the cuisine which is slowly catching the trend of the times today.

an avidyazufan and have lost count of the number of times i have visited them for a lavish dine-in experience.

even on lazy days when i don’t feel like moving out,yazucomes to the rescue with its perfectly prepared delivery dishes.

recently ordered for “chicken phad thai” fromyazuone of my personal favorite and this one was made to perfection. flat noodles tossed in sweet & savory sauces with oodles of chicken pieces added in along with finely chopped veggies.

loved the portion size as well, served me easily for 2 times – will order more dishes next time.

was craving for momos and bao so ordered fromyazupan asian supper club ..
order was quick and fast..
packing was amazing..

yazu located in oshiwara is perfect place for asian cuisine for both dine in and delivery and takeaway option. they have authentic taste and flavours in each of dishes on menu.

i tried their delivery or takeaway option and certainly worthy to have this as well. packaging was on point and spoil proof packaging too. food remains quite warm for good amount of time. well packed, and delivered in right time.

tried signature edamame rice with flavoured truffle rice. rice was perfectly cooked with good amount of truffle oil flavour. veggies along with whole edamame beans added good element and texture to rice.

mah poh tofu was ordered to pair with signature edamame rice and it was really spot on with flavours having a strong spice flavours and authentic taste. tofu was quite silky and smooth well tossed and rightly incorporated in flavours of curry.

overall it was really great experience to have takeaway fromyazuand certainly dine in experience is also worthy here.

my order took 1.5 hrs to reach.yazuis located 4mins from my house. they didn’t answer when i tried to call them.
very poor service.

searching for a good option for asian food and wondering to tryyazuthe pan asian food then go for it!!!

pan fried chicken shanghai: amazing chicken filled dim sums with cottage cheese and flavours so tasty would definitely recommend!!

chicken wok tossed hakka styled noodles: thin and soft noodles filled with chicken and eggs with amazing tasting spice was a delight to eat!!

packaging was done just perfectly no leakage no spill in proper containers and was attractive too
would definitely order again.

yazu is one of the best restaurants in andheri west to try out amazing pan asian dishes.
they have both dine in and delivery options.

what i ordered:

1) chicken and egg chak hao rice - this was so nicely curated and minced with sushi rice. the quantity which they served was quiet awesome. overall a must try dish at yazu.

2) sriracha chicken dimsum - this were well steamed chicken momos and the best part was the decorative reddish colour given to the momos. the filling was full of soft and tender chicken pieces.

the packaging byyazuwas spill proof.

wow, this place took my heart.yazuis a package with good food and ambiance. i had yaki udon noodles, thai curry(green), dim-sum, steamed jasmine rice, avocado and cucumber sushi roll and hakka noodles, along with cold sake. the food tasted amazing and was perfectly cooked. although it was my first experience of having an asian cuisine. this place made me crave for more. the service available at the diner was excellent, they helped us understand several dishes and recommend good ones for first timers. this place is not cheap but i would definitely visist this place again soon.

yazu serves some of the best food . they have lots of varieties in their cuisine. i triedyazusignature chicken which was really amazing. the taste was perfect. quality and quantity both were amazing. food delivery was on time and the food was nicely packed and delivered.

wanting to try korean and japapnese food and finally finding a place for the same is really a task. however, one of my friend suggested this place and i was surprised while looking at the menu. they have 'n' number of dishes to choose from the menu, right from veg, chicken, seafood, etc. although, there too many exquisite dishes to choose from, the taste is never compromised.
i tried the crispy nori spring roll for the first time andyazumade it the best try for the first try, crispy from outside and soft vermicelli inside cooked in some extraordinary sauce. boa on the other hand was like always the best and the udon noodles too.
anyone looking for a place to have korean or japanese food, this is the place to choose.

yesterday i ordered from here. one of the finest place i always prefer to order from here. they serve delicious thai , japanese and korean dishes.

don't intend on eating here for more than an hour because they will make you get up from your table and seat you at the bar if you exceed your "alocated time" of 1 hour.

and definitely don't count on theyazustaff to hold your table if you're late beyond 10 minutes, nor should you expect a call from them to re-confirm your reservation.

not the experience you expect from a restaurant as reknowned as yazu.

after getting many suggestions aboutyazufood. i ordered for

chicken phad thai noodles- authentic phad thai noodles perfectly made. good quantity and a feel good factor. it was
garnished with pulses and peanuts. i am definitely ordering this again. one of the best
phad thai i have eaten in recent times.

yazu signature chicken- chicken was good. it had garlic and cashew crushed pieces
more of felt similar to chicken 65
overall good in taste, however it could have been more authentic


price wise its expensive. but its worth the money.
