yakski barbeque

i am a fan of yakski. i come and dine at their capitolbranchat least once a week. i couldn't just resist their barbeque, chicken backbone and of course the sauce. there's really something about their sauce! but last week, it was my first time to dine at theirbranchin it park. ambiance and space wise, it's a lot better from their capitol branch. and the staff were even more accommodating too! no doubt, they never ran out of customers despite the infamous sugbo mercado located just beside them.

when i say barbecue, the first thing that comes into my mind is this place, yakski!

i like this specificbranchsince it is bigger and more spacious than the other ones. this place really gets crowded and full every dinner most especially on weekends. if you fo here later in the evening you may wait for a table before you can actually eat.

the place is just open air so it tends to become humid and hot when you dine here. the ambiance of the place is just like does barrio fiestas. the place is also clean.

their staff are always busy. you have to wait for a few minutes before your requests and needs will be catered. they can also clean tables and left-over fast so that the next customer can readily dine.

their barbecue and priced higher than the other but rest assured the quality is really good. i really love their sauce, especially the spicy one! but without the sauce, it is just the normal barbecue sold in the streets.

i truly recommend this place for barbecue lovers out there! this place is worth your money and time.

i already tried their capitol branch. this time, the it park branch. ni-order mig barbecue, chicken thigh, and gizzard(batikun).
well, sikat sila sa ilang sauce na i serve lang then i-refill kung hurot na. hadlok sila na ibahug namo sa amo rice ang sauce nya di nalang mi mo-order ug sud-an. hahaha. lami ang ilang spicy sauce.
 mas hayahay ilang it parkbranchkay high ceiling compared sa capitol na gamay. didto mi kay tingpaniudto so di kaayu puno labi nag weekday pa to.

if you crave for barbecue, yakski is hard to beat. theirbranchin the cebu i.t. park is quiet big.  it's a perfect place to enjoy good old cebuano barbecue with iced cold beer along with friends. if i work in the area, i would probably come here more often.  this is just like the no frills barbecue places that i frequent to in the capitol site area.

thisbranchis huge. the ambiance is airy but the serving time is a bit longer that what we are accustomed for, like in their capitol branch. we had dinner several times here and all instances were the same. the orders arrive a bit late than expected. it happened at dinner time around 8pm, and twice at early dinner time around 5pm. maybe the waiting period in the late afternoon was due to the cooking time because that's when they start to pre-cook their bbq. anyway, the taste is always great at yakski.

food : yakski, in our opinion, is probably the best go to place in the city to satiate your barbecue cravings. they serve everything that's charcoal grilled --- pork barbecue, pork belly, chorizo, hotdog, chicken leg, chicken breast, chicken liver-gizzard, chicken skin and tuna belly. unlike most barbecue places where you're served the regular dicer sauce or vinegar and soy sauce as barbecue dips, what makes yakski remarkable is their special sauce which comes in original or spicy.

ambiance : we like how spacious theirbranchis in it park, lahug. their open air dining set-up is very inviting. the ceiling is appropriately high which allows proper circulation of air. yakski also has grilling station enclosed in clear glass so customers can see the grillers in action.

service : another worth commending in yakski is how they put high importance in hygiene. you would see their crew and food servers with mouthpiece and hair nets preparing your orders. waiting time is usually 10-15mins. understandable because meat should be freshly grilled.
