what i always come back for is the exxxxtra creamy carbonara i fell really in love with.
the prices are surprisingly affordable for thebigquantities of servings.
this is one of my favorite restaurants in cavite.

i tried chicken madeira which is new in their menu. it tasted good but i was hoping to taste the authentic chicken madeira, i think they have forgotten the madeira sauce 😂 and i was looking for asparagus but instead they included green peas. but their madeira version is ok.

pepper steak for the price, i think the quality and taste was ok with it.

i love their vienna coffee.

since i’m not a frequesnt visitor in this area, i had to rely on reviews and recos for which ones to try. having been a regular eater in meat plus, i decided to give this place a shot.

we have thebigpizza which was surprisingly good & the salmon in mango sauce. wasn’t able to take a photo of the truffle cream pasta but it was so good, it reminded me of the one in mamou. the pizza was flavorful while the crust was thin and moist which is good. the salmon though was just okay. too pricey in my opinion.

there was a time when i went to subic with a friend, stayed in a hotel near this restaurant, and had most of my meals here.

spicy thai shrimp salad - it was yummy at first but sickening later due to its "oriental sweet" sauce which was kind of too sweet to me. its veggies were crispy and fresh, shrimps were crunchy but very sweet.

mango crepe - topped with vanilla ice cream, cherry, and chocolate syrup. its mangoes were sweet, and overall it was good.

good morning breakfast - i am a bacon person with 75% chance of a great day if i eat bacon for breakfast. with only a few choices of bacon in the menu, i picked the good morning breakfast. this cutesy plate is comprised with a ham, two slices of toast, two eggs, a huge sausage, two pieces of un-crispy bacon, and small slices of apple and mango. it was too cute, but not as cute when you eat it -- especially since the bacon was a limp, not crispy, not the kind of bacon you long for. this comes with a cup of coffee.

boneless bangus meal - crispy, sour, and salty, and also comes with a cup of coffee.

big ben pizza -bigben is loaded with pepperoni, sausage, bacon, beef, garlic, onions, peppers, mushrooms, black olives, and two kinds of cheese. intense! definitely an awesome pizza!

good food andbigservings! before, we only really tried their coffee, so we were surprised that they also had good food choices!

if i'll compare their dishes somewhere, i would say its pretty similar to banapple dishes. huge servings that can be shared by 2 people, good presentation, and good taste. i would say i prefer banapple's taste but xtremely xpresso seems to have bigger servings.

i ordered the parmigiana which was served smothered in sauce and cheese! it was really good but "nakakaumay" because of the serving size so i took some for take out. i've also tried their coffee before but to be honest, their food is better than their coffee (which seems weird due to the name of their resto). coffee is good but nothing really that stands out for me.

they have abigplace and lots of staff so we didn't have any problem for our large group. service was also prompt!

i'd recommend trying out this place when looking for somewhere to eat in vista mall!

i love how they havebigserving sizes for such a low price! i've always been coming to this place for lunch and i've never been disappointed with what i order. whenever i have friends in town i always bring them here and they too are amazed with the quality of the food.

we visited this place on sept. 29 for dinner. there were 7 of us. i was hesitant to have dinner here because its sign says it was a coffee shop. but they had lots of food. we orderedbigbens pizza, mozzarella sticks, chili wings, lengua with garlic rice and the salmon. the lengua was really soft but there was too much gravy/ sauce on the plate. the salmon was a little bit oily. on the other hand the pizza was terrific. there was a hint of blue cheese to it , the top part of the pizza was soft while the crust was crunchy which i really enjoyed. ordering drinks on the menu can be confusing. we wanted fruit shake/ juice, but we got a frapp instead. prices are friendly and great when your eating out with friends or family. ambiance is relaxing and the decor is interesting and service is excellent . overall i rate the pizza a 4 but the the rice dishes we had a 3. it's a great place. check it out, it wont disappoint.

thebigben pizza is superb! their coffee jelly is amazing and worth for your money. i’ve been almost all to different branches and i just keep coming back.

this has been our go to place for mid priced meals that both satisfy our cravings for quality taste and a filling meal. one order of their entrée meals can be shared by two people, just order extra rice. i ordered their seafood cream soup (php155) which had generous amount of seafood, salmon spicy pizza (c/o of my officemate) and stuffed pork chop. i find the soup very tasty and their pizza unique. i didn't enjoy the pork chop that much because it was tough to eat (i have braces btw). overall, i would definitely recommend this place tobiggroups because the price is just right and the food commendable.

ordered the jalapeño crunch, chicken oriental salad (no pic), holy heart attack ribs, porterhouse steak (no pic), chicken and mushroom steak, lengua, pepper steak, and had coffee after (no pic). looking at the price, the waiting time, the service and the ambiance of the place, it was all good. the whole experience was great. it's not abigwow for the food, but nothing was bad either. i'd come back here to try the other bestsellers.

a few comments on the food, the chicken oriental salad was hella big, it served all 5 of us and we still had some to take home and it's only around php200. the taste was okay, instead of a salad, it's more like a stir fried noodle dish. the chicken mushroom steak wasn't that great, the white sauce made it "nakaka-umay". the holy heart attack ribs was tender to the bone and was just the right amount of spicy. the lengua was good. the pepper steak was good too! the coffee after was great. i had the hot unsweetened latte, i loved it!

what we ordered: eskimocha, coffee cradle, breakfast pancakes (with choco banana toppings), and chips and dips.

the menu was vast and there were so many choices. since we were just eating "merienda", we ordered the food mentioned earlier. eskimocha and coffee cradle are both frappucinos. eskimocha had a very chocolatey taste and we liked it. the coffee cradle was a little bit disappointing because it lacked of flavor and the coffee was a little bit weak. the pancakes were fluffy and freshly served. it even went perfectly well with the slices of banana and drizzle of chocolate syrup. lastly, the chips and dips, which were basically just potato chips that can be dipped with 2 different sauces. it was a very basic meal, yet it was just the perfect kind of finger food for sharing.

our server was very accommodating and even warned us about the nachos we wanted to order, since she told us the serving was toobigfor the 2 of us (that part was funny though). the service was also fast. the interiors were very beautiful and quirky. it’s your perfect instagrammable café. overall, the place was okay. we will definitely come back to try thebigburger.

as i've heard though the grapevine that this is quite popular in subic and with my sister raving about it i decided to give it a try.

i wasn't able to try any of their caffeine offerings but i did try some of their popular dishes.bigben pizza is actually good the toppings are quite generous and i think no one can go wrong with pizza (price is a bit on the pricey side). normally i love tomato based pasta dishes but their pomodoro and spaghetti with meatballs are quite sour for my taste, maybe there's a missing element into it that made it taste like that.

its interiors are clean and vibrant, suitable for gathering with friends or simply dining out with family.

on our first visit, we were wowed by their spicy pork spaghetti and their pizza, which we had halfbigben and half bbq chicken, and by the very attentive staff.  on my next visit, i came with friends but was underwhelmed by the creamy pesto linguine with smoked fish that i ordered, and found the carrot cake to be too dry and spongy (when carrot cake must be dense but moist). the staff were also too attentive for comfort, we felt like we were eating while being filmed. the 'activity placemats' are a good idea for killing time waiting for your food but in this restaurant, waiting time isn't much of an issue. the ambience is also nice and the place is great for hanging out with friends.
