what i always comebackfor is the exxxxtra creamy carbonara i fell really in love with.
the prices are surprisingly affordable for the big quantities of servings.
this is one of my favorite restaurants in cavite.

i like how classy their place is. the walls are painted with light colors which gives a calming aura. the interior was nice, there are calligraphies which added to the resto's positive vibe, they also have beer display as well as book cases. the seats are comfy and i like that they use recycled paper for their menu list then at thebackit has activities such as puzzle and sudoku to keep the customers busy while waiting for their food.

food: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
we had the baked chicken melt, stuffed porkchop and ribs dish. each meal was served with veggies and rice. baked chicken was my order, the breast fillet was marinated well and the mozzarella on top is a thumbs up. i was able to have a bit of stuffed porkchop, the meat was tender and the gravy was really delicious.

service: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
the servers were attentive. they gave us water refills and they were asking us every now and then if we need anything else.

we dined in here for our post valentine’s date and we really enjoyed the food. the experience was excellent, the service, taste, ambience and generous serving. its like a resto quality food but taste like a “luto ng nanay”. it was really a comfort food. we will definitely gobackhere to try their other menu.

good value for money as always. generous servings and good service. we always order their babybackribs and pizzas. their coffee is also good of course! they also have a lot of cakes and pastries to choose from. highly recommended!

we celebrated my birthday at xteremely xpresso and we were looking for a place where we can relax and at the same time have a satisfying meal. we ordered meaty lasagna, mozzarella sticks, ben's pizza and spicy chicken chipotle pasta. overall the serving was huge we barely finished everything. we loved the spicy chicken chipotle pasta we were really impressed with the texture and how tasty and spicy it is. we are not a fan of the meaty lasagna portions of it are not yet cooked it was still raw, i liked the sauce though. mozarella sticks are alright it was too bland for my taste though. the pizza was alright nothing special. but overall we really enjoyed the meal and will gobackthis weekend for dinner.

found this gem thru one of my friends. i live 5 mins away from this place and i've never given it a try before because of the company name and aesthetic but i'm glad i did! they have fantastic food with great value for money! definitely comingbackagain. i loved ther baked fish in parmesan as well as their squid ink pasta

🌿 ambience- super cute ng place although medyo maraming tao & kids nung pumunta kami so medyo magulo. pero yung place itself is very light & cozy.
🍽 food- wala kaming prob sa food. above average yung lasa nya and walang taba yung beef 🥩 nila so mas naenjoy namin sya hehe. andami din nila magbigay ng sugar&cream para sa single order ng coffee so plus points yun.
value for money ✔️
🕴🏻service- okay naman & mostly attentive naman sila. marami lang siguro talagang customers nun so medyo nahirapan lang kami mag bill out pero all in all, ok naman. sana lang sitahin nila makukulit na kids next time lalo na at pinagbabagsakan na ng mga kids yung chairs.

💸❕take note lang na may additional 5% service charge sila. di kasi namin napansin so para lang aware yung iba lalo na sa mga malaki laki magbigay ng tip.

perfect place for brunch. xtremely xpresso is a personal favorite of mine whenever i am in subic. i’m quite surprise seeing it on our way to south, in vista mall sta rosa.

we had:
☀️garlic and shrimp quessadilla (p200)
☀️spicy oriental shrimp spaghetti (p225)
☀️babybackribs (p240)
☀️cappuccino (p100)

verdict: i ordered the spicy oriental shrimp since its noted as a chef recommendation. generous serving, though taste is ok. spicy yet a bit sweet for me. i felt like there’s too much pasta and less ingredients in it. the garlic shrimp quesadilla is a must try! its good to share. and of course, i am happy with my coffee, served in a “mug”

my hot americano is good and my kid's country fried chicken is ok, i'm just surprised by the price of their strawberry cheesecake (there is no price at the cake display btw), it taste good but its really tiny and not so creamy. priced at 150 red velvet+45 ice cream scoop=195! (they said its not yet at the pos since its a new item!) just wow 😥 i could get a better tasting cheesecake in other cafes for this price.

after our sidetrip, we spend our lunch at xtremely xpresso. the place was a jampacked maybe because it’s a peak hours but the staff still managed to accommodate us properly.

we had the following:

☕️korean beef ribs for php280.00
☕️pepper steak for php550.00
☕️babybackribs for php240.00
☕️sansrival

all the dishes we had were good and had a good value for money. my personal favorites are spaghetti carbonara, pepper steak and sansrival. for the improvement, maybe it would be better if the korean beef ribs will be less sweeter than i expected.

i love the ambiance — the interiors are inviting that will make you dine here and glad i did! menu were written in a paper tablemat with some fun games at thebackof it — for you to divert especially when you’re too hungry to think of something than food. 😋 ordered nicoise salad, carbonara and truffle pasta. expected much from the truffle pasta but it lacked truffle oil and it tasted just like carbonara. will still gobackthough to try other food from their menu especially from the entree section!

ordered the jalapeño crunch, chicken oriental salad (no pic), holy heart attack ribs, porterhouse steak (no pic), chicken and mushroom steak, lengua, pepper steak, and had coffee after (no pic). looking at the price, the waiting time, the service and the ambiance of the place, it was all good. the whole experience was great. it's not a big wow for the food, but nothing was bad either. i'd comebackhere to try the other bestsellers.

a few comments on the food, the chicken oriental salad was hella big, it served all 5 of us and we still had some to take home and it's only around php200. the taste was okay, instead of a salad, it's more like a stir fried noodle dish. the chicken mushroom steak wasn't that great, the white sauce made it "nakaka-umay". the holy heart attack ribs was tender to the bone and was just the right amount of spicy. the lengua was good. the pepper steak was good too! the coffee after was great. i had the hot unsweetened latte, i loved it!

what we ordered: eskimocha, coffee cradle, breakfast pancakes (with choco banana toppings), and chips and dips.

the menu was vast and there were so many choices. since we were just eating "merienda", we ordered the food mentioned earlier. eskimocha and coffee cradle are both frappucinos. eskimocha had a very chocolatey taste and we liked it. the coffee cradle was a little bit disappointing because it lacked of flavor and the coffee was a little bit weak. the pancakes were fluffy and freshly served. it even went perfectly well with the slices of banana and drizzle of chocolate syrup. lastly, the chips and dips, which were basically just potato chips that can be dipped with 2 different sauces. it was a very basic meal, yet it was just the perfect kind of finger food for sharing.

our server was very accommodating and even warned us about the nachos we wanted to order, since she told us the serving was too big for the 2 of us (that part was funny though). the service was also fast. the interiors were very beautiful and quirky. it’s your perfect instagrammable café. overall, the place was okay. we will definitely comebackto try the big burger.

one busy day that i had no time to eat just meetings with clients, i found my self standing infront of this restaurant really hungry and tired. i went in ask the server to suggest something to eat. she recommended the chicken noodle soup since i need something light to avid syo ma h problem. when she served the soup i immediately dive in it. as o sip on it i was like broughtbackto my childhood days. eating my moms chicken soup on a rainy weather. i really love it and the serving is really generous. i also ordered pizza and pasta which i find on an average.

passed by for some iced coffee takeout for caffeine fix for the drivebackto manila. nice place! definitely something to schedule eating in. we always eat at their main branch in subic.
