great tea and treats, less impressive coffee. the decor is dark but not dirty. the restroom is a bit gothic but clean. the cookies and biscotti and scones are killer, there's a very large tea selection, which is a huge upside. the espresso has no crema atop it and is a bit more bitter than i'm used to, coffees served in tall glass instead of a mug which looks cute and shows off the "layered" effects of the beverage, but it's a bit unwieldy to drink because since the hotcoffeebeverage is in a glass, you have to use the handle to drink it - and the handle isn't very big.
summary - if you want a really good treat or brownie or snack or sweet beverage or tea, go here. if you want delicious coffee, you might be let down. if you want a fun place to study with a halloween-esque atmosphere, this is it. however, don't count on power outlets being available.
