we had a plate of parmesian kulcha, cocktail samosa, kurkura paneer, assorted vegetables along with cuban island and chai beer. we went there on a saturday and it had some event for which we were charged extra.
the good -
1. the portion size is amazing and so is the food.
2. the ambience is very classy and the seating is comfortable.
3. it is quite pocket friendly.
4. location is easily accessible.
5. good parking space.
6. the service too is quick.
7. the event organised mesmerized us.

the bad-
1. cocktail samosa was nothing but normal aloo samosa.
2. we were first asked to wait for a table for 5 minutes. after the table was allocated, we were asked to change the table 10 minutes later and reorder everything we first did.
3. we had alsoorderedtiramintsu which was unavailable and it was not told to us till we followed up on it since it was already an hour that we had placed the order. it was also later added to our bill. however, on rechecking with the manager they took it off.

overall, a good place to go with family. amazing events are held here every week by total environment music foundation.

ambience -very classy, its more of a sophisticated restaurant than usual funky microbreweries. that was good
service - staff was very professional, foodorderedwas served very late, some miscommunication but that ruined our time, as we were stuck with our drinks without any food
menu options are very limited.
pizza was fresh but taste was decent 3/5, ajwain tandoori was good 3.5/5, wild mushroom stuffed kulcha was good 4/5, hazy ipa was smooth 4.5/5, blue hawaiin was great 5/5. so overall drinks were great and food was average.
2000 for 2 for me is expensive , where the food is just good and not great

omg, both the ambience & food at windmills were amazing! since i was in a rush, ordereda dish to go (the peppercorn tikkas) and it was sumptuous…chicken was grilled to perfection while the seasoning was the perfect blend of adding a slight zing but not overpowering the taste of the tandoor itself!

and the packaging was so smart & unique. the box was so nicely wrapped i almost didn’t feel like opening it 😜. inside there were two compartments — the upper shelf had chutney, onions & lime and the lower part had the tikkas. just looking at the packaging gives one a window into the sense of art & pride this restaurant takes in serving its guests. kudos to the chef & restaurant staff for creating a surprise wow moment, which is hard esp for foodies like me 🙌

the service was highly slow. they said the table will be available in 1/2 hour but we got it in 1.5 hrs.every itemorderedtook at least 30-40 from the minute ordered. food and ambience is good but service killed it all.

i went here for the first time and glad i did . they have both indoor and outdoor areas with comfortable seating .
in food weorderedchicken wings, sabudana vadas and samosas. all were yum and special mention to the yum samosas as it's quite difficult to find samosas that are not dripping in oil.
we had pizza and cream cheese brownie in deserts. both were good. there in house beer is quite smooth too.
overall had a good experience and would plan to visit the place again soon.

although the ambience was good they didn't play any music at all until it was time for us to leave which was very disappointing and made the place feel dead. the food was very ordinary. especially all the three pastas weorderedwere not good nor the burger. starters were good. the outdoor seating chairs were not comfortable.

not only is the ambiance amazing here, but the food and beer are also excellent. weorderedchicken wings, fish and chips, pizza, and pasta. all of them were delicious and complemented the guava goose beer well.

it was a take away order . was showing a time of 20 min on take away and delivery in 55 min . iorderedat 6:44 pm. reached restaurant at 7:05 waited till 7:35 made two calls to restaurant and food was still not ready for take away. received food at 7:40 pm

reception staff - pallavi didn’t even have status on food preparation. no courtesy to offer a chair or glass of water. they don’t bother at all about anyone who waited for 40 min to pick food that was to be ready long time back

now to taste - even if the food was delivered late .. it was not hot . both pizza were dry and samosa was cold . looks like it was ready for a while but no one bothered to pack and deliver in time.

i have been to windmill many time to dine in . this was the first time iorderedfrom them for take away and this is the worst experience i had. if restaurant is short of staff and can manage delivery. they should stop doing that with immediate effect.

the food everthing weorderedwas bland and boring. no spice or taste. the cocktails were equally bad. the only good thing was the beer but not the best of the kraft beers in town. penne arabiatta was just tomato sauce, oregano and cheese. it was very tangy. very less options in the menu too. santreywale kabab also tasted bland with no spice. overall a overpriced place and two stars only for the
ambience.

the reviews were so tempting that we tried this place for a friend's bday lunch on a sunday. but what a disappointment .it's not a place to chill with friends ...but may be family and may be for bit seniors . weorderedhalf beer , some nachos and chicken wings ...and it was so bad we left without finishing it in 30 min. ands it's expensive without any reason ! later we headed to toit in indiranagar.

came to this place for lunch. the best part of the place is it’s ambiance (both indoor and outdoor)
the beer was good (as per my friends as i didn’t taste it) , however the veg nachos were terrible. i would not recommend anyone to try it over there. it was kind of dipped in cheese and not crispy at all. the mocktail iordered(somehow i am not able to see the name in the zomato menu) was amazing. we all loved it. coming back to food, weorderedcoorg style pork belly and chicken kebab. pork was really tender and perfectly cooked, however chicken was terrible. we had to ask them to cook it once again but it couldn’t get any better. overall it was good experience. the service is good and if you want to spend good time with your friends or discuss your business plans then it is the right place for you.

this is one of the best fine dine restuarants in bangalore. i always love their ambience and food taste.y favourite are parmesan and chilli kulchas & paneer kurkure in starters. i tried a new mocktail cheesecake coffee and to my surprise it came out well. the pizza thought it's typical farmers pizza, iorderedwas tasty as well. i could feel the freshness of crust dove and it was cooked very well. our walnut brownie that iorderedfor dessert was just like chery on the cake. it was very yummy. after a long time i had such walnut brownie. it was just melting in the mouth and pieces of walnut just enhanced the flavour. all our orders came pretty quick.

i will certainly give 5 star. they don't have soups on menu, yeah but who goes to brewery for soups man😂. i do coz i am a non-alcoholic.

the staff at this place is very courteous. it was a pleasant surprise when one of their staff gautam serving my table actually recognised me. last i met him 2 years back at his earlier job with another hotel. he remembered our meeting and brought those points in discussion. it felt me so nice. he ealier also had very good hospitality etiquettes and they are just fine tuned over the period.

no clue why this place is rated so highly. had one of the worst meals of my life here. weorderedsome veg dishes and they all tasted just plain bad. too salty or too bland or too spicy. and they completely messed up the shakes weorderedtoo.

i don't usually leave stuff on the plate, but some of the stuff was just plain inedible. would have rated lower if i could. they completely ruined our sunday dinner.

and what's worse? they cared zilch about our feedback. staff was busy speaking to each other than ensuring that diners have a good experience.

stay home and have khichdi or maggi if you have to. avoid this place.

the food was amazing. we tried their coconut brew and it was fantastic. for food we got shrip and fish pakoda which was great. it came with a few pieces of fried squid too which we loved because we love seafood. then we went on to have arbi tuk and bhindi kurkure. it was such a cleansing meal. i had never had such awesome fried okra before in my life and the arbi fries were heavenly. we also tried a potato starter which was halved baby potatoes stir fried in indian masala, with lots of coriander seeds. the quantity of all the starters were more than we expected. for mains, weorderedpumpkin cappelacci which was part of their holiday menu i think. it was creamy with the right amount of cheese and the pumpkin cubes. overall, it was a real classy dish. it came with three pieces i think. weorderedpecan pie for the dessert which was good too. i am not huge on desserts but my husband hogged it in minutes.

overall, a great experience but please book table beforehand because it's difficult otherwise. it's a great experience for dates or with friends. surrounded by greenery and has a lot of great reads inside which is bound to make anyone fall in love with the place.
