the thing that always irritates me at thewillowsis the service - they always say no before i persist and make them say yes. yes i get that the primary purpose of this place is to serve alcohol - but when a guest asks for coffee or a sandwich - how can you say no! it annoys me to the extreme. great ambiance for watching sports - but could do with more service orientation.

i visitedwillowswith zomato gold offer. the time was around 10pm. unfortunately the staff was not very attentive and took lot of time to get the drinks. the ambience was good since the dj played some good songs. overall suggestion would be to improve the customer service. else this is a great hangout place with lots of space.

there are only a few sports bar that sticks to their original theme andwillowsis one of those places. they are very true to what they are and do not aspire to be anything that they are not. the boys there are very sincere and thoughtful . victor has a lot of flair and passion in making cocktails which is very visible once you get him talking. and true to the previous line, the cocktails are simplistic and flavorful. must go place if you're around the place.

had a great time inwillowsbuy 2 and get 2 free it's just amazing offers.there are so many choices of cocktails and others liquor. iliked the entire ambience ofwillows. place is very quiet and comfortable

so i was in chennai for a couple of days to meet a few friends. they suggested we go towillowsas we were told they had great offers and were screening the ipl match as well. it was definitely the right choice to head there as not only the overall hospitality and vibe was great (thanks to our server, gavin) but the amazing cocktails made it an even better experience (definitely try the whiskey sour).

been in marriott so many times, they always maintain standard, been inwillowsloved the place, ambience, sports equipment's make it more great, loved the crafted at westin ginger martini watermelon, they have all kind of spirits, specially thanks to alok, victor, arun. those guys made our day special.

wow moment ,,,,
am regular guest for westin chennai sunset , last week i came to westin one of my friend said need to go willow but am not interested to comewillowsanyway just want to try so we came willow's along with my two more friends seriously awesome welcome from mr joseph, and we r sat in the corner table , we ordered as per the menu , we were enjoyed the food and drinks , end of the day we were shoked because mr muthu brought the cake written happy birthday soni she is my best friend, we are very happy wherever and which restaurant am going to dine ppl are taking care as a family ,am very impressed , thanks westin chennai,
finely i ask muthu how do u know her bday he said when u are entered willow's mr joseph ask one of ur friend any occasion u came here she said soni bday, thanks muthu and team ,we ll visit again ,
