the westin chennai
i visited willow in a week day when ipl matches were not happening. it was empty and guess staffa were on vacation mode. we had to getup and goto them every time we wanted a refill or follow up on orders. we were not impressed with service.

i loved the ambience and theme. the lights are dull n doesn’t hurt eyes and music is mild. its a good place to engage in a conversation. will definitely visit often! my new favourite place 👍🏼

nice theme and nice staff. though sometimes the stock is low but a nice place to hang out for a drink.
happy hours are from 12am to 2am. what else do you need.

it is a pretty cool place for chennai- i love this place for its post-party scene (post 11 pm especially on fridays). put your dancing shoes on before, bring some friends- dance your mood out and get drinks on happy hours. yes - the crowd is good too (mostly people who want to enjoy the music and dance). one advice-this place only is good for finger food. don't expect proper main-course especially people who like their food spicy. ;)

visit this place during my stay to hotel. a good place to relax, ambiance is quiet, less crowd.
this place is meant for business meeting. if you are party lover, please don’t go.


a nice place to hang out for a drink as they have variety in drinks. british empire draught is a must try.

the thing that always irritates me at the willows is the service - they always say no before i persist and make them say yes. yes i get that the primary purpose of this place is to serve alcohol - but when a guest asks for coffee or a sandwich - how can you say no! it annoys me to the extreme. great ambiance for watching sports - but could do with more service orientation.

this used to be our only choice of drinks in close proximity to omr after 12am post office hours as rest of the places close by 11pm. yes the prices are very expensive but the happy hours gives you a respite. complimentary snacks are good and serves the purpose. however i went yesterday and came to know happy hours after 12am has been removed but prices of beer were reduced. ambience is not very great but good. they have the ipl unlimited beer offer which is awesome n worth visiting then.

i visited willows with zomato gold offer. the time was around 10pm. unfortunately the staff was not very attentive and took lot of time to get the drinks. the ambience was good since the dj played some good songs. overall suggestion would be to improve the customer service. else this is a great hangout place with lots of space.

extremely unprofessional behavior especially if you going at happy hours or midnight. staff thinks as if they are doing a favour. if you have ordered anything except drinks they will serve it in pthetic quality and excuse they will give "we are nt suppose" to serve it but we did jst for you. if its mention in menu and you taking order you suppose to serve it. you cannot say tea is cold because we sereve it here or chicken is raw because it was cooked during evening nd now its midnight. bizarre excuses and abysmal service with staff full of attitude. nothing but ambience is good which will be ruined by staff behaviour.

it was nice place to have drinks for zomato gold, where we can have 2+2 drinks anything from menu items

we had cocktail which was really refreshing and flavors with curry leaves and also a basil flavors cocktail which is really touch my heart

they have a live dj and happy hours too every day..
