best all day & late night ( till 3am) hang withgreatmenu & fun & fabulous staff.....! not to me missed if you are in memphis!

great little spot with a lot of character (and characters) in the pinch (an underrated neighborhood as far as i'm concerned.) if you're at the pyramid or otherwise heading downtown, this is agreatstop (free street parking and wi-fi). i've only had the tamales so far (they were great), but they have a bunch of dishes, especially rice bowls, that i want to try. it's basically agreatlocal dive bar with lots of food. also, they do a lot of charity work around the holidays, so it's a business with a heart.

i loved westy's when it was the north end and still love it! the wild rice dishes aregreatcomfort food! you can choose so many combinations of meat and vegetables to add to your rice. you have to finish with the chocolate brownie with whip cream an french vanilla ice cream!

incredible food but very slow service. i ordered the rob sandwich and it took about 45 minutes (and the place wasn't exactly bustling). once it was on the table though, it wasn't there for very long. without a doubt, the best sandwich i've ever had. if you're in a hurry, don't go but if you want a fun atmosphere with agreatwait staff and excellent food...go.

so slow. took 50 minutes to get two burgers. the meat has no flavor. sever said they hadgreatburgers but they were very bland. menu is all over the place as well plus they are paper and sitting on the table so they were wet and dirty.

came here not expecting too much, buy damn! this food was awesome! the philly burger was the bomb! service was really nice and helpful.greatpit stop.

nice!. found that they have agreatreuben sandwich with steak fries. cooked perfectly, not greasy. on other visits had their wild rice dishes that are prepared well, but a bit under-seasoned. the fried biscuits are very good.

service was prompt and friendly.

i'll be back!

simply awesome. i can't say enough good things about this place!greatfood,greatservice,greatprices! i've never been disapointed at westy's. i'm a local and have tried a lot of their dishes. they have a very wide variety of food, a relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff.
