very good american style food. the turkey manhattan was delicious and satisfying. my kids had a burger and fries along with a spaghetti dinner that they really liked. service was a little slow at first, but the when the waitress came was very nice and attentive and thefoodarrived quickly.

menu prices need updated! wife & i went for dinner last night, and the prices charged were as much as $2.00 higher, than published. her french fries were over cooked, and soggy, i ordered a side salad with my meal, and it came out same time the entree  did. i would think it should have been earlier. we've been there several times before, andfoodwas generally good, but this time was a real surprise for us. i doubt if we'll be back, anytime soon.

disappointed. stopped there today 4/25/2015. my wife and i were totally ignored. one guy was at a computer, the other talking on his cell phone, and the cook looking through the window wondering why he was not getting any orders to cook. the only other time we ate there thefoodand service was good. this what happens when you have a all male crew they can't handle it. sounds like from other reviews this place is wishy washy onfoodand service.

gift card where i bought it was not good.foodand service was great. i bought a gift card there last christmas. they issued me a westerville gift card. when we went there to use it, they said they no longer accept them. felt a little used.

disappointed. thefoodwas terrible. of the three orders, one was completely wrong. the meatloaf was chewy and tasted like a plain leftover hamburger patty from last week. the mashed potatoes had dirt in them, and the gravy looked....well, i would not want to describe it here. in the end, we paid over $30 bucks for two orders of fries and three glasses of cola. there is a reason they were almost empty on a saturday evening. very disappointed.

great little diner. my kids love that you can get breakfast for dinner.foodquality is good. service is fast and friendly. nice little place to grab a quick bite.

just had breakfast and the experience was not good. had to ask for menus, they had to run out to get coffee, the waitresses were fueding, the pancakes were dry, the bill was wrong. overall service was lacking and thefoodwas uninspired. we won't be back.

so-so. well, the selling point is location right in uptown within walking distance of shops. great patio.

however, this was our 2nd visit to come away with a "so-so" feeling. the first time was right after they opened. it was a disaster! slow service, forgettful server,foodnot coming out at same time.

we tried them again today. however, thefoodis not great. the westerville omelet was dry without a lot of flavor. the hashbrowns were not very brown and little seasoning. the burgers seemed good size though. decent value.

staff had definately improved since last time. they were friendly, attentative, and efficient.

overall, there are better places. not sure that we'll be back soon.

it is nice to have a diner in upton westerville. i went to chef rick's westerville grill, about a month ago. i had the pancakes and sauasge. its was so delicious. i will do more of the breakfast becuase breakfast is served all day. it is so great to have comfortfoodin uptown westerville. keep up the great work. thank you.
