50 cents for a container???!. i tried this place for the first time on friday. the food was good, but i probably won't be going back. i ordered a 3 piece fried catfish. i requested that my fries be put in a separate container because it has been my experience that the steam from hot fries makes fried fish soggy. a woman i assume is the manager informed me that i would be charged 50 cents for the extra container. i was shocked but said ok. at that point i decided not to return no matter how good the food. i know a newbusinesshas challenges but that was a customer service issue. one little cardboard container is not 50cents and it's not like every customer makes that request. i ask for my fries separately every time at wings and more and they never charge me or give me a problem. i guess i will continue to go to wings and more and spend my money outside of desoto. to building abusinessand a rapport especially if you are a new business, don't nickel and dime new customers.
