the worst of fresno. this place use to be ok, but it's now the worst in fresno!! food is not fresh and managment doesn't care about there customers! to bad for the village!

best sushi in town. can be hit or miss, but still the best place in fresno for sushi in terms of presentation, freshness, and variety. the menu is huge. there really is something for everyone, and if you like trying new dishes, you can try something new every time. if you like rolls, my favorites are the 2nd climax, 3m, yummy yummy, mojo, and foreplay. the calamari and soft shell crab appetizers are nice. the shaw restaurant can be a little cramped. i prefer the herndon restaurant.

just placed a to go order with briana what great customer service and the food is fantastic! i highly recommend the garlic edamame my favorite!

employees were really friendly. had the spicy teriyaki wings & calamari. chicken katsu was good, so was the teriyaki salmon. ordered hot tea but it was only warm.

the ambiance is top notch, i think is the only place in fresno that makes you feel that you in a big city. price is definitely pricey for fresno standard but again look where you sitting at, like i said your not in fresno, lol! food is good, service is good.

the sushi here is delicious. definitely a stop to make whenever i am in the fresno area. the prices are a bit pricey. i've definitely had sushi that was not as expensive and just as good elsewhere. drinks are good though, they do not water down the alcohol here, as some places do. i also love the creativity in the sushi names! kudos to whomever was the decision maker in that. :)

waaaaaaaaay to expensive. sat at the bar and was the only one there. about 3pm. ordered one beer, one two piece sushi, and a roll. total was about $29 and with tip $34 for one guy. had a guy sitting behind the end of the bar who worked there playing with his ipod or phone the entire time i was eating. when i ordered my salmon two piece after eating my the roll this guy not the sushi chef made it and didn't even was his hands. he was a manager i think. nasty bastard.

horrible service. i don't even wanna give this place 1 star. horrible is all i can say about the service! food is nothing special either. on this particular day i sat at the bar. the bartender was to take our order because it was happy hour. as soon as i sat down he did not greet me just asked for my id which is fine. my friends ordered before me and he never asked me what i wanted. i called him three times by saying excuse me and he looked at me and looked away. i told him i want a water which he never refilled or asked if i wanted more throughout the whole time. by this time my friends were done with there food and he still never asked so i got up and went and put in my order. he still never asked if i wanted anything else because i wanted to order more so i asked the waitress if she can take my order and bring me a fork and more water. by this time he came and listened to me put in my order with the waitress and said to me how long did i have you wait that you had to get somebody else at that time i explained to him that i said excuse me 3 times and he looked at me and looked away. he rolled his eyes and laughed so i told him sir i don't appreciate your attitude. he said i don't appreciate yours. i never gave him an attitude i just chose another waiter. he said i will take your order so i put in my order and he never checked to see if i wanted anything else. my friends wanted to order drinks at the bar which we were sitting at and he never took there drink order but was furious that we requested another waiter. i will never eat here again due to this experience, my sushi also came out cold.

good place. i like the modern deco and comfortable seating. definitely a younger crowd here but it's a comfortable place to eat. i've eaten here at least 5 times now and have never left disappointed. i usually sit outside. the service can be a bit slow at times but it's not bad enough to give a horrible review or make me not come back. i like spicy rolls so there is no shortage of that. the presentation is excellent and the menu has some entertaining names. those guys are artists back there not sure why so many people left negative reviews. like i mentioned earlier i eat here often and have never had "awful" food. it's always been fresh and delicious.

love this place. i think this place is more for the younger crowd. which is in my favor. my fav is the omg and the calamari! i love the décor and the atmosphere. i give it an a.

booty...booty rolls!. yes...i know! booty...booty. this was the dish of choice my 23 year old suggested. this was my first time at this location. i must say...i was pleasantly surprised! the atmosphere is great if you are looking for a fun place to get together with friends. there was a nice mix of people, the music was nice, and the food was delicious!!! i also had an amaretto sour, and it was delicious also. yes...the drink was a little pricey, but the food was cool. i love the atmosphere, you almost feel as if you are in a club, but you're not. i'm planning to hold my birthday party here in april, that's how much i liked it. also, be prepared for a huge menu! i do hope you enjoy your visit, as i did. oh! i forgot to mention the calamari...it was soooo....good!!! my son and i wiped it out real quick...lol!

the best sushi in fresno!. our family had a birthday party at wasabi restaurant in fig garden last night. it was unbelievably good. they served great food even entrees appropriate for the youngest in our party ( 3 yrs.). this was especially amazing since, much to my shame, i was the crankiest customer they probably ever had. they could not have been more generous and accomodating. i was so impressed by their fabulous customer service especially in light of my poor behavior. thank you to kc and his crew and again my apologies for being a cranky old lady. the whole amily loved it and i loved them turning my attitude around. bravo!

my lady and i ordered 4 dishes. we were disappointed with all of them and we are not that picky. ended up frying the food up for lunch the following day. i went there to eat and and won't be back. note- the way the inside was decorated and set up is nicer then anywhere in fresno .

where is the service? music way to loud! is it a club or a sushi place?

very sad that this place has it all wrong! first the the food was terrible, quality was poor and there prices were high! i have ate sushi all over the world and i hate to say it but it was one of the worst i've ever had! it's false marketing at the front door makes it even a bigger disappointment when you take your first bit and especial when you get the bill! overall poorly done with just poor choices by management! service was even poor! it's really to bad but if i am not honest with my experience then i am not doing anyone any justice!
