i had always gone to the viva off of rojas since i worked by there and never had any issues, when i started working by the one off of airport rd a year ago it has been nothing but bad experiences. i had never complained since it was always for me, however, today i decided to get off and place my order since i was getting burritos for people in the office. the lady helping me was also helping someone in the window when i told her my order, she finished helping the man and then came to me and asked me for my order a second time. i ordered two of machaca with beans and one with papa and chorizo with beans since the person is allergic to eggs. when i got to the office i had a huevo con chorizo with papas and beans, i decided to call and let them know and the girl on the phone said i was the one who ordered it like that, proceeded to involve someone else working there that if it was true i ordered it with egg or without and then came back on the phone continuing to state that it was i who ordered it this way. i had kept going aside from the bad customerservicebecause of the food, but after today that will be the last time i will be going to order anything from her. horrible customerserviceruined it for me and the food is no longer worth it, too many other good places with great customerserviceto be going somewhere where your constantly treated as such.
