viva burritos

the ladies there seemed to be in a bad mood, every time i go there they don't even greet you! . not asking for anything free, i will always go to " la gorda". who trained these people at "viva"???

these people do not wear gloves when they make their burritos! then, they handle money, and go back to making burritos without washing their hands! yuck. how many violations of the health code is that? this is poor management. get with the program. freebird's world burrito and chipotle people wear gloves and then have a separate person handling the money at the cash register, who does not handle the food. there were 2 people behind the counter when i went in and one person did everything, food and cash register. why not have the other person just do the cash register? never going back.

i had always gone to the viva off of rojas since i worked by there and never had any issues, when i started working by the one off of airport rd a year ago it has been nothing but bad experiences. i had never complained since it was always for me, however, today i decided to get off and place my order since i was getting burritos for people in the office.  the lady helping me was also helping someone in the window when i told her my order, she finished helping the man and then came to me and asked me for my order a second time.  i ordered two of machaca with beans and one with papa and chorizo with beans since the person is allergic to eggs.  when i got to the office i had a huevo con chorizo with papas and beans, i decided to call and let them know and the girl on the phone said i was the one who ordered it like that, proceeded to involve someone else working there that if it was true i ordered it with egg or without and then came back on the phone continuing to state that it was i who ordered it this way.  i had kept going aside from the bad customer service because of the food, but after today that will be the last time i will be going to order anything from her.  horrible customer service ruined it for me and the food is no longer worth it, too many other good places with great customer service to be going somewhere where your constantly treated as such.

burritos are good, but service is horrible. they don't smile and they don't try to correct their mistake. they totally screwed up my order and they were mad when i told them. they didn't bother to say sorry. never going back even though their food is good.

horrible customer service. i like the food and we usually go to the one by the airport. i ordered my usual and they can't speak or understand simple english at the rojas one. they rolled their eyes and they said they were not gonna change the food because they already made it even though it wasn't what i ordered. they give viva a bad name.

simply, the best. i am a regular at viva, and this place only gets better. quality, price, environment is simply the best in the city. i am always greeted with a smile. i highly recommend it

terrible customer service, i'm allergy to egg yolk, so i asked for egg whites burrito and the answer was no,

awesome food and great service!. my family and i have been eating here since they opened and the quality of the food has always been consistent- they have been using the same recipes for years. it's busy at lunchtime, so get there early.

fernando. viva burritos is one of my favorite places to eat. their burritos have a great special taste and i like to take out their menudo to share with my parents on weekends.

viva ...only the best. great service and good food at a great price you must stop at viva restaurant. each time we visit we try something new and it's always great !!

best menudo in town. the burritos are so-so. too expensive in my opinion. they must have spent some good money creating five or six signs to remind us that there are no free refills! if it werent for that damn good menudo...

happy costermor. i vistet the viva cafe and the borritos seen really very good and tasty, the chile cut perfect with beans , the tocos are really taste with barbacoa and i love the borritos of red chila and the green chile. like all the places that serve nice papared borrritos .the saterday i dont forget about the menotho. other than the food the restront is very clean and maniged well. the eplosees that sreve you alway are smiling and ready to serve. they keep me coming back for more! :)

wouldn't go back. the food was not good and the service lacked, the man that was making the burritos helped someone that was in line after us and then basically threw our food at us. the extra charges are ridiculous. i support local businesses but a refill and not charging for everything can go a long way.

nasty nasty food. bought two burritos for breakfast, couldn't finish either. chile verde was pathetic. beans were gross. gave it a second chance today, mistake! they charge extra for just about everything "to keep the price down" according to the sign. brisket is easy to make, hard to mess up, they managed to screw it up. stay away.
