vito provolone's

worth the time.... vito provolone's is a place i have driven past hundreds if not thousands of times. no more. i'm definitely going back, most likely sooner rather than later. whenever i go to a place for the first time, i stick to the basics. that means i chose vito's linguini alfredo. i was not disappointed, as the sauce was much closer to the cheesy end of the spectrum than the creamy end. my beloved chose the mastaccioli which had a terrific balance of tomato sauce and cheese. we followed it with a turtle cheesecake chaser, and left with happy bellies. a wonderful evening of italianfoodin relaxed surroundings, and best of all it's not chain food. we made use of a groupon which ran recently, so expect things to be busier than normal for the next couple of weeks but don't be afraid to make a reservation.

absolutely divinefoodevery time we go... and their homemade blue cheese dressing is the best i have ever tasted anywhere. ask for extra chunks from the bottom of the container of blue cheese!

greatfoodand service. --stopped by new year's eve and the owner and his daughter, lisa, were busily greeting guests, most of whom they knew by name or made a point to get to know. service has always been good. i do not do meat so was very pleased with the angel hair pasta and vodka sauce---hubby had alfredo, but with meatballs. i saw an amazing steak go by! this is a very nice neighborhood feel place---only comment for improvement would be to inspire the salad a bit---there was an ample amount and fresh--but not as with it as the rest the food. we plan to go back. actually, we had a coupon, but the service andfoodwas so good on a special night, that we did not use it!

went for the first time with family. the service was outstanding. we never had to ask for a refill of drinks or bread. thefoodhad its ups and downs. the garlic bread is great. the orange roughy was a favorite at the table but the chicken pesto was very bland. we will make a return trip.

always amazing. this place is never a let down and the prices are pretty fair considering the quality of food.

mediocre at best. this place is tacky and thefoodwas terrible i have no clue why people like thefoodhere. tried it multiple times and i refuse to go back i rank it near fazoli's on italianfoodquality.

had a grouping for vito's. best italianfoodi have ever had. even without groupon great value and service. little hole in the wall and not fancy but clean and awesome food. am craving it as i write this. will be back multiple times.

great food. vito's is my wife and i's favorite restaurant. thefoodis delicious and the service is great. we like the chicken diablo. the portion size is perfect for the price. i also appreciate the pace of the meal at vito's. they don't rush you along.
