their delivery service sucks. it is a friday night and we ordered two pizzas two hours and 15minutesago and nothing has showed up yet... we called them and we were told that the delivery guy just left. i wonder if it is true!!!??? their pizza is not bad at all, but i do not recommend ordering delivery. their restaurant is not great. next tim i will try picking the pizza up myself!

we ordered for the first time tonight and were told it would be an hour and 15 minutes....an hour and a half later we called just to check...they told us "it just left and will be there in a few minutes"....45minuteslater and it still isn't here. we called to cancel and while they refunded our money, they wouldn't call the driver and tell him to go back. they said he would be here in "a few more minutes" and it's already been almost 10....definitely won't be giving vinny's another try.

waiting.... we called in our delivery order at 6:58 pm tonight (after being on hold for just under 10 minutes) and now it's 9:30 pm..still no food. we even called again at 8:45 pm and they said it should be here soon.
we were told that it would be about 1 hr. 15-30minutesat the time we ordered. so we expected a little bit of a wait but this is ridiculous!

tried vinnys pizza for second time and it will be our last. called in a delivery for pizza and wings and it took 2 hours and 15minutesto deliver. called after an hour and a half and they said it would be several more minutes- which turned out to be 45 more minutes. pizza was warm not hot. delivery person said they were backed up do to all the rain - it was sprinkling. don't recommend this to anyone!!

god but!. i have been dining at vinny's since they opened at the goose creek location. the staff is very friendly and cool. i like their bbq wings. but the marinara sauce is not the best, is lacking flavor and spices. i like the pizza if i eat it at the restaurant, when i ordered pizza to go it was a soggy mess. one day i ordered a pizza to go at the counter and it took more than 30minutesto get it, make sure to call before you get there if you want pizza to go.

another day i ordered a specialty calzone and sorry folks but that chicken nugget pieces inside a calzone...no good, the calzone was a little cold right in the middle when i cut it, and it was runny because of the vegetables.

i will be back, obviously is better than other pizza in the area!
