vinny's pizza

yes!. just when i thought pizza couldnt get any better i ate at this place. one word.
amazing. fresh pizza awesome toppings fresh and delicious. the owner was very nice and came out just to ask how my pizza was and shook my hand
very polite and friendly great guy! strongly recommend this place for a great time and even greater food!

ny style garlic knots.... yummy dough, perfect garlic, sprinkled with cheese. woah!

yummy ny style pizza. love vinny's! their pizza is close to ny (i'm from long island) and their garlic knots are amazing!!! they are reasonably priced for real pizza. the service is excellent. we usually call ahead and order to go and my order is ready and correct. give them a try!

their delivery service sucks. it is a friday night and we ordered two pizzas two hours and 15 minutes ago and nothing has showed up yet... we called them and we were told that the delivery guy just left. i wonder if it is true!!!??? their pizza is not bad at all, but i do not recommend ordering delivery. their restaurant is not great. next tim i will try picking the pizza up myself!

i would have to agree with 5 of the 6 reviews. this is by far the best pizza i've had in the charleston area. as for the bad review u obviously have never had good pizza. because pizza hut is maybe the worst of them all. if u live in goose creek and don't eat your pizza here then we will lose yet another great restaurant because chains are easy and cheap. it's ok to wait for good food.

we ordered for the first time tonight and were told it would be an hour and 15 minutes....an hour and a half later we called just to check...they told us "it just left and will be there in a few minutes"....45 minutes later and it still isn't here. we called to cancel and while they refunded our money, they wouldn't call the driver and tell him to go back. they said he would be here in "a few more minutes" and it's already been almost 10....definitely won't be giving vinny's another try.

i have visited twice before.  good experiences.  tonight austin ruined my third visit.  when i went in i said i wanted water with lemon, garlic knots and the house salad,  i was eating light because it was late.   so he brings out the salad without asking what i wanted for dressing.  he brought ranch dressing but i wanted honey mustard but he never asked.  then i said, "can i get my water with lemon??".  oh, he musta forgot.  then i asked, "can i get a straw please??" i didin't realize i had to ask for that too.  then he brought the bill.  $6.58 ok.  so then i gave him my card he brought the paper work back for over $10.  what??  it was a mistake.  wrong order!!  so he went to correct it after he already slammed the wrong amount on the card which will take days to refund.  i did tip one dollar for the $6.58 but he didn't deserve that.  geeze !!  come on.  don't know as i'll ever be back since this was such a simple order and austin had zero attention to his service he's supposed to be rendering.

this business is terrible, they are always out of items on their menu, and undercook pizzas badly  .you would think that when it takes 2 hours to deliver a single pizza, they could cook the thing. guess not. ill order dominos next time.

we just ordered from them 12/14/14. we have always loved their food. great quality and the best pizza in town but this will be the last time we have pizza from them because their customer service is absolutely terrible. the woman taking our order yelled at us over the phone about our reception and then when we asked if we could add a canolli to our order she rudely said they were all our and then hung up. this is one of the many times we have had to deal with theit rudeness and have now decided it is just not worth it. as food as their pizza's are do not support mean people. we will never order from them again and will make sure all of our fried steer clear.

i'm so glad to have an awesome alternative to the "evil three" delivery places that will actually deliver to me in north chuck! pizzas were hot, fresh, tasty, and delivered in less than 45 minutes. delivery guy was super cool and everything i ordered was there. even the girl taking my phone order was patient with my endless questions about toppings. these guys rock and i will definitely order again!

so my husband and i tried vinny's for the third time. the food was just sad. we've experienced almost everything on the menu they have and it was good once then never again. i will never order their food again.

hour and a half?. called on a saturday night to order some pizza and was told it'd be an hour and a half. wtf? i could drive to the store and buy ingredients, and make my own pizza in that time. pizza is excellent every time, but they definitely need to work on the delivery times.

ps. didn't order anything crazy or a lot of pizza...just two normal medium pizzas...

waiting.... we called in our delivery order at 6:58 pm tonight (after being on hold for just under 10 minutes) and now it's 9:30 pm..still no food. we even called again at 8:45 pm and they said it should be here soon.
we were told that it would be about 1 hr. 15-30 minutes at the time we ordered. so we expected a little bit of a wait but this is ridiculous!

best pizza in goose creek!. i don't usually review restaurants, but this little gem is too good not to mention. my wife and i order delivery from vinny's onece maybe twice a month and have never been let down by the food. delivery can take an hour or more, but it's worth the wait. you aren't getting run if the mill pizza like from papa john's or pizza hut with vinny's, so it takes a little more time. order early if ordering on the weekend or for sporting events.

no loyality to loyal customers!!!!. i went to vinny's at there st. james location one night after a 12 hour shift at the hospital (so i was very exhausted) it was first time placing a order by phone i normally just walk in but the weather was so bad i just wanted to be in and out...when i came in the young at lady at the counter advise me that there was no order place under my name at there location. i looked at her confused she then told me there are two locations in goose creek. i was unaware and i asked if there was anyway if the order could be remade it was a simple order a pizza slice and a order of wings. it was late and weather was horrible that night with flash flood warning didn’t want to go searching for the other location when i not from this area. the manager came and said to me i'm so sorry but no the order couldn’t be remade and i would have to go to that location to pick up my order then went on saying that she know the weather is bad because she herself had to drive in it to deliver orders. clearly is wasn’t worth the argument but i was in shock because i go there alot so i simply just walk off. by the time i got to the door the manager ran behind to stopped me only to now ask my name so she can cancel my order. i will never go back there.
