no service. went on friday night for a birthday - had reservation. place is small - walked through a working area to be seated in the back room, right in the middle of the floor. waiter serving behind us kept running his butt into my chair as he passed by, never saying a word. otherwaithelp passed by. was served water 2x by the busboy. continued towaitand then after 15 min simply got up and left . told the girls at the front counter what happened and they just said "sorry". a second chance at redemption missed. joe called and offered a gift certificate but you only get 1 first impression. for a $25 entree place you expect more, a lot more.
if they can't manage thewaitstaff how well is the kitchen managed?
the food passing by looked and smelled good but we never got a chance.
