after moving from nyc to satellite beach, i thought the bestitalianrestaurants were only up north. wow was i wrong. villa palma is a fantastic place servingitalianfood the way it should be cooked by a true italian. being ofitaliandescent myself, i was astounded by the flavor of my cioppino made by chef pepe. even though small the restaurant has an authentic ambience and the service just as good. with places like melos and janna maria's and amicis and tuscany grill advertising that they are the best in brevard county, i'm sure that the locals know the truth and where to really go.
