food was below average.
paneer bao was given in between bread. though the taste was good. wasnt impressed.
burnt garlic fried rice was good. the quantity was a lot.
the mushroom dosa was okish so was the dum briyani.
disappointing.

we received the order after 1 and half hour. it was very late. dint expect this from vb

worst experience. i had food poisoning and diahhroea continuous. i was admitted in hospital and had lot of expenses due to food poisoning

less than average food for the grand price charged.

the ambience was absolutely amazing, and the food was as tasty as it looked☺️ would definitely recommend a visit ❤️

i received this for ordering sabudana khichdi. what a great disappointment.

went here for a family lunch (13 members) the ambience and seating was great. shankar and karthi served us. both courteous staff. the plating of the dishes were great. the food we ordered were great, both in taste and quantity. the menu has amazing variety of dishes. i recommend this place.

received mini meals instead of rice, sambar, kulambu etc

i had ordered for burnt garlic fried rice but they sent me a plain fried rice

i've ordered for a combo which says 2mire items +a soup,but just the 1st one was delivered.

fusion restaurants are about mixing different cuisines and trying to bring an innovative dish .
vb signature is also one such place which tries to fuse the south indian variants with other cuisines . however the experience was average .

1) ghee roast paneer - this is one dish that i recommended here , ask for the mint chutney dip . the spices was infused very well inside the paneer but ₹315 was slightly high

2) crispy peri peri idly - a very spicy and a great starter but was served after i had the dessert and after reminding them five times . claps for exceptional service.

3) gobi manchurian dosa - dosa filled with gobi manchurian . somehow the combination did not go together at all . the sambar was dead just like any other vasantha bhavans .

4) paneer dum biriyani - i guess the hotel thought - anyways you are going to call this pulao , so we’ll serve the pulao itself . again a tasteless brinji rice .

5) the chocolate job - the only saviour for the day 🧡 this fusion worked with base of dark chocolate marquise , salted caramel with mysorepa crumbles and oreo dust this was heavenly and recommend it 🔥

i visited after some decent reviews but the taste was very poor and i was unhappy with the service , no one was there to attend you properly incl serving you water . half of my time went in looking for a waiter and every order took half an hour

yesterday we went to this restaurant, mr rajan served us. wonderful ambience, nice food, good quality & vareity. he explained about every food they serve very politly. thank you. will visit again another day!

the restaurant is on the main road right next to slate hotel. parking is decent. the seating was nice. we got a big table with couches for 6. rajan, our waiter, id one of the best service professionals i’ve seen recently. he knew everything on the menu, gave us great recommendations. the food in itself was great. paneer satay was great, so was the mushroom starter. totally surprised by how the veg pad thai tasted so good. overall, great experience. recommended.

rajan served as very well.keep up good service
