for those who haven't visited this place because you think it's like your regular vasanta bhavan, you couldn't be more wrong.
everything about the vb signature had an element of surprise in it - the warm interiors with quirky posters and a range of indian dishes infused with flavors from across the world.
we ordered the signature roasted pumpkin and coconut soup, schezwan fried momos, burnt garlic friend rice and milan to madras.
i'd give the food a rating of 3.5/5 - the momos were a little too oily and the fried rice was slightly bland. however, the soup was lovely and the dessert was, well, quite surprising. ;) recommended for coffee lovers. :)
the best part of the whole experience was the service. we were assisted by rajan who was very kind. he patiently explained the items on the menu and offered to replace the fried momos.
it's a must try at least once. i'm definitely going back there to try more of the dishes.
