lovely. most restaurants could improve their customers' satisfaction if they followed just one principle vaso's kitchen demonstrates: keep those water glasses filled! mine was magically full every time i reached for it, and on this ungodly humid night, i might have swallowed a gallon over the meal. most any restaurant could be successful if they did what vaso's kitchen does: quiet enough to hear conversation around your table. food, various and inexpensive enough to represent real choices. service that appears just when needed. oh, yea, then there's the food. simple, easy, tasty.
the next time someone mentions 'delightful little neighborhood restaurant,' vaso's kitchen will come to my mind.
