interesting little place. there was a concert across the street when i arrived and theplacewas packed and the waitstaff were struggling to keep up. luckily over the next few minutes it went from packed to merely crowded and i got a spot at the bar. had a nice regional brown ale. tried the pretzel bites which were very enjoyable and the pot roast which was more like stewed swedish meatballs than a traditional roast, but extremely tasty with broccoli and red potatoes. the bartenders were very friendly and pleasant and i got out for $36. great deal and if i end up back in these parts i will come again.

greatplacefor happy hour or a casual dinner. valhalla has an upscale pub atmosphere, friendly servers, good local beers on tap, and a distinctly tasty menu. i recommend getting the pork/beef burger.

happened to accidentally stumble into thisplaceand so happy i did! great bar and food. pretzel appetizer is delicious!
