romantic, delicious food, and perfect service.. perfectplacefor a romantic dinner or drinks. this is the second time we have been tucci's and it is without a doubt one of our favorite restaurants and our favorite italian restaurant. the first time we visited we sat on the patio. the service was great and the food was excellent. most recently, 9/10/14, i took my wife there for our anniversary. i called the day before and spoke with the hostess, sara, and asked about reservations. she told i didn't need them and she would be working that evening and would be sure and take care of us. she did not disappoint, we arrived and she sat us in a secluded, dark corner booth. she even offered to take my sports jacket, something you rarely see, and is a huge traditional courtesy, to me. the ambiance was perfect for a romantic dinner; corner booth, dim lights, candle light, and great music in the background. the experience didn't stop there either. chad, the manager, was our server, and he is service personified. we were out for a great experience and we got it. we never felt rushed, never went without food or drink. his timing, recommendations, and conversations were perfect. the food was phenomenal! i had a filet with a spicy lemon sauce topped with shrimp and capers on a bed of linguine. my wife had the ravioli with a creamy vodka sauce. truly some of the best service by everyone complemented by delicious food!

old bakery. thisplaceuse to be cherry street bakery. theplacethat started it all. i enjoy this tuccis. the food is par. the setting is nice to bring the wife. i always get a chuckle out of the wannabe big city waiters. i know thisplacehas bad reviews because of this but it's easy to look past. they wouldnt sweep the floor in any city larger than tulsa. let them enjoy themselves. i usually enjoy a few bottles of red and whatever dish. and i usually walk out happy.

very pleased. i can't believe i have never been here and i can't believe these bad reviews! our server paul, despite the fact that he was running his little tush off, took such good care of us! i would say that the boys serving all seemed very busy so it might not be a bad idea to have another server, but then again they were very content running around and seemed to be having fun so maybe that is their style? the food is soo good! i had chicken scallopini and i could not have enjoyed it more! the bread was warm and soft and delicious! that lemonwhatever salad was amazing!!! we had the triple chocolate cake after and i simply can not wait to eat that again! this is my new favoriteplaceto eat! i will be back and i feel sorry for you people who are complaining on here you all must be very hard to please because i could not disagree more! so good! :)

romantic and cozy. i like thisplaceand i am shocked by some of these negative reviews. i have eaten here 6-8 times and never had a problem. the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. i have eaten here twice for my anniversary and would do it again. theplaceis small but clean. the bathroom is clean. the patio is nice. if you are expecting something cheap, then don't go to cherry street.
it is red and romantic.
eat the lemon piccata chicken - it is dreamy.

love it!. my husband and i have been taking our family to tucci's for lunch and dinner intermittently now for years. the kids love the pizza and lemon caesar salad, and if they are good spumoni. we have 3 children under 10 and love to sit on the patio in the nice weather and people watch. it is a nice dateplaceon the inside, small and cozy. they have great priced daily lunch specials and my favorite for dinner the angels on horseback, a nice tender steak . the staff is great, the bartender always has a new cocktail for me to try, and they hold your to go for you until you go. i recommend the patio dining anytime during the spring and summer!

"chic and sophisticated?" (how about "going downhill"). "chic and sophisticated..." i just read that review. seriously? that reviewer must be swayed by the supposed "hip factor" and not paying close attention to the food. i find tucci's food only ordinary and not unique. i've had good service in the 8-10 times i've been, but they are inflexible if you want a table for more than 4. i don't see anything innovative about the menu or sauces...they're good but i don't see anything that would be a knockout nor anything i'd call creative. perhaps we all have different preferences: tucci's used to be better. it's gone downhill and is now only mediocre. i typically prefer dalesandro's or villa ravenna's food, and usually go to one of those places, or even olive garden for that matter, before i go to tucci's anymore.

lastly, i've heard people say some restaurants are "misunderstood" or that the concept did not catch on. cut the crap. what this boils down to is that the operators of such aplaceare out of touch with the expectations of the dining public.

nope.. i've been to tucci's 3 different times in hopes that my previous experiences were just bad luck. never once had a decent server. they are a-holes to be flat out honest & theplacewas not busy when i was there...even if it was busy they have like 20 tables so it can never be that busy.

the food was decent though way overpriced. it's too bad because i like the ambiance & the patio, but the "hipper than thou" vibe needs to go.

what happened?. just moved back from portland where i'd been living since 2007. could not wait for my tuccis fix. went in and fell down the friggin rabbit hole. nothing was the same. thatplaceused to be on point, and now it's a shamble. i would look forward to taking out of town clients there to show them tulsa wasn't a backwater. now i wouldn't take my grandmother out of her nursing home for the evening to go there. tuccis was my place...the drinks, the salad, all the characters in a nightly show. how does a greatplacelike tuccis lose it on such a grand scale? i won't be back...someone get the lights.

give me a break!. i agree with the last reviewer. thisplaceis waaaaaaay overpriced! i could boil a better plate of pasta at home, and i wouldn't have to pay $40 for it. don't get me wrong, i completely understand the lure of a good snobby place, but tucci's is just pure pretension. there's a huge difference. thisplaceis sadly mistaken in its own estimation of itself.
