simple fixtures, small space and people waiting outside to be seated just like any other korean restaurant. but you will be pleased by how tasty almost everything in their menu. my friends were trying to order a lot and to our surprise the korean owner stopped us because he believed we wouldn't be able to finish it. lo and behold, thank goodness we listened to him. i wish i could remember the names of the food but we were all greatly satisfied of the many different things we ordered. boni dominic uy johanna dy uy

the food tasted so good and very spicyyyyy!!! the servings are really good for two persons and the owner of the restaurant is really there to entertain you. me and my classmates had our lunch there and thank god for our korean classmate we know what is what like srsly we asked him so many questions like when the food in the next table was served we asked him what that was then he told us. he even recommended some food in the menu to us.

what's not to love about this place? if you love korean food, you'd definitely love topokki man! i've been coming here since i was in high school, their food is still delicious. and if you love spicy foods, this is the place for you, especially when you're hangover from your tagay last night 😆 you can also get... i think 10% or 20% discount if you're from usc, just present your usc id.

the only thing i'm not happy with is their service. like everytime i go there. whenever i go to the counter to order something, it would take about 5-10 mins before they entertain. i understand there are many people and they're really busy, but, really? even when i'm the only one in line, it would take them for a while to entertain.

but anyhoo, the place is still great overall.

the flavors of their dishes taste more fusion than traditional korean but they're tasty and satisfying nonetheless. your money goes a long way in this restaurant and what's more, they even deliver in this adorably neat and secure packaging! my favorites are the dakangjung and topokki.

dakangjung + kimchi + white steamed korean rice, i am perfectly satisfied with it!
i highly recommend this korean diner, authentic and serves the most delicious korean foods and not to mention affordable too.

went to topokki man for a weekday lunch with my friends and the over all experience was wonderful. but allow me to list down the pro's and con's of the said food place.

pros
1. the place is dainty and the atmosphere could mimic those of the stores we see in a k-drama
2. the severs are very accommodating and nice
3. the "take a picture of your meal and get a free coke" promotion is something to need to take part in
4. the food serving is more than enough. i'm known to consume a lot of food but i couldn't finish my meal so i asked for a to-go pack.
5. service waster is available in the side counters but a fee of 10 pesos is paid if you want your water to be in a plastic jar. the ten peso proceeds would be given to those in need.
6. the price is very affordable. student friendly and very reasonable 👍🏼

cons
1. small space - ventilation could be improved
2. servers need following up esp when the crowd starts to become overwhelming
3. tables take time to be bused
4. you can't afford to stay long during peak hours to give chance to others who want to eat because again the space is small and the demand is quite high.

agaaain, the overall experience was great! we would surely be back again!

authentic and affordable korean foods with 10/10 quality. if you're craving for teokbokki then this is the place to be. even their kimchi is ripe (and so delicious). accommodating and friendly staff 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

i love this place so much!!! i've been dining here since it was still a small restaurant with the little pictures on the table😭 that was 8 years ago and now it's even better. although the prices of the food increased, it's still reasonable because of the taste, quality, and potion. the owner has always been so kind and humble. he deserves all the success!
some of the staff members need to be trained more thought, but that's okay, it'll take time getting used to.

i haven't tried everything on their menu yet, but from the foods i have bought so far do not disappoint at all. wish they'd have more branches around cebu.

topokki man has been my go-to korean place ever since i started masterals in usc. the place is nice, so are the staff and thekorean owner. food serving is good for sharing with friends and they give mint candies to alleviate the spicyness of some foods after eating. must try is the cheese donkatsu, their ramen and of course the topokki (i like it better with cheese.) they are also very accommodating when you are calling for delivery. a must try place when you're around tc.

this place is cozy and bit pricy but the food was good. their topokki was spicy but the good kind of spicy. the best thing about this place is that their food is so neatly arranged that adds to its appeal. overall, a great restaurant.

i’ve tried both — eating at the actual location, and having our orders delivered, and i have absolutely no problems with both! the food and ambiance is really great, but i hope their place gets bigger.

really good korean food in cebu! they offer affordable food choices with really big servings. their cheese topokki, bibimbob, dakangjung, and ramen noodles are a personal fave, it’s a must try!!! their place is small, but clean. i hope they branch out in the future.

really good korean food for an affordable price. ordered the tuna kimbap, bibimbap, and curry donkatsu and every dish was great. not to mention each dish comes with a side of kimchi. would definitely want to come back, especially to try their toppoki.

the food is good but the service is sooooo sllooowww.. they are not even welcoming if you make a follow up on ur order. the attendants are strict as well and dont have good customer service.
