terrible experience. i called in my order and they said it would be 20 minutes for takeout. i got there and waited in line to pay. so far so good. im thinking ten minutes and i can gobackto work ( im on a break)...all together thirty minutes so far so i go up and ask the lady how much longer. they check the ovens and nothing is working. they said another ten minutes. today tried to give some excuse that she said "at least" 20 minutes...i remember the quote time andthere was no "at least" or i wwouldn't have stopped. overall 1 hour for 3 pepperoni calzones. everyone i was in line with was eating or had already left! all the togo i saw on top of oven were gone already picked up. how do calzones take an hour??? hot ovens like they have take 10 minutes to bake calzones. i won't ever gobackand will never recommend this place to anyone i know.
