reaching on top is easy but staying there is difficult, it's not about the food always some time it's attitude also which matters when you are handling a customer.
so it was a weekday but as they are highly rated their basement was full and it was too loud, we requested to sit on other floor which the bluntly refused, if i am right it was more to save electricity bill of hvac. anyways we got a corner which was not at all comfortable. we ordered mutton and grilled chicken steak along with some mock tails. coming to mutton it was more of tomato based gravy, not sure who made the recipee, it was a big let down. grilled chicken was relatively better. mock tails were just ok.
now the attitude factor which i mentioned, so we were already upset we got a shabby corner which was too loud and we wanted to sit on the other place which they didn't agreed. when we asked for a proper bill since it was an official visit. they and some issue, a collegue of mine saw the pc and shared its an old platform, you need to upgrade, he felt so offensive that i can't share. we waited or 20 min to get the bill, other easy option rather than reacting was that they would have taken the email i'd and requested to send the bill later on. anyway the experience of bad, they could have handled better and food too is not that great nor the ambience that it should be so much highly rated.
