i will always love tokyo tokyo, but it feel like as they're scaling, the quality of the people they hire gets more unbearable.
i get that this is a fast-food restaurant and there are many customers asking for their all-famous unlimited rice. however, since they should already expect this to happen, their waiters should always be ready. i've been here multiple times. unfortunately, there are also multipletimesi have encountered uncaring and rude waiters.
so, most of the time, i don't bother with the unlimited rice anymore. i just take their food out. i really hope their management sees this and get some training done. love your food, but there will always be another japanese restaurant. don't get complacent.
