i will always love tokyo tokyo, but it feel like as they're scaling, the quality of the people they hire gets more unbearable.
i get that this is a fast-food restaurant and there are many customers asking for their all-famous unlimited rice. however, since they should already expect this to happen, their waiters should always be ready. i've been here multiple times. unfortunately, there are also multiple times i have encountered uncaring and rude waiters.
so, most of the time, i don't bother with the unlimited rice anymore. i just take their food out. i really hope their management sees this and get some training done. love your food, but there will always be another japanese restaurant. don't get complacent.
