i wanted to like it, but..... ok, let's start with the good things. the building is gorgeous, and thebeersare good.
unfortunately, i can't say the same for the food.
i was most disappointed in the kid's meals. two of my grand girls ordered the fish. it was tasty, but a very small portion...just one small rectangle, perhaps three ounces. the third girl had the two hamburger sliders, which were a better portion. we unfortunately chose the strawberry yogurt as the side for all three. we were expecting a small dish of yogurt. instead it came as a frozen stick in a hard-to-open wrapper! not only did this look lousy on the plate (one small brown rectangle and a plastic wrapped thing directly from the freezer) but it was very difficult to open. it's an item i'd use at home as a snack, not as part of a meal. it also came with a cookie, which was ok, but with the yogurt stick i felt they'd had a small bit of protein and two desserts.
in short, the meals were visually unappealing and nutritional disasters.
i ordered a special, a stromboli and spinach salad. the spinach salad was great...but the stromboli was so salty i couldn't eat it. my companion did like the taco pizza, another special.
come here for the beer, but don't expect much from the food.
