i ordered masala and paneer dosa, take away, it was delivered promptly but the food had no taste, i will not order anything from here again.

tinge is centrally located in panjim. had the thali there multiple times and is certainly the best in quantity, quality and pricing. my favorite is that the dessert in the thali is always spot on. the oriental cuisine is also delectable. service is pleasant and prompt. they quality of ghee roast still need work. however, certainly, as of now, the best in panjim.

i went to this place trust me the fish thali was really good and value for money and service was really good staff was really helpful must try this place.

right in the heart of panjim city is this tiny restaurant serving some good andhra food. we tried pepper mutton, chettinad chicken masala, cafreal chicken dosa, chicken biryani, serradura and bebinca cheesecake. all of it was great. tinge is the sister restaurant of o'cuquerio and they can hence never go wrong with cafreal. i have been asked to try their cafreal biryani which i am going to very soon. tinge is the perfect place for you if you are craving for some andhra delicacies.

ambience was ok. service was quite good with polite and prompt waiters. but majorly disappointed with the food. the malwani chicken was bland and didn’t feel like the chicken was marinated enough in the masala. the manglorean ghee roast chicken was hugely disappointing with over cooked chicken and somewhat sweet taste of the sauce with no discernible taste of ghee. the appams were not crispy. overall based on prior reviews expected better quality of food.

when you speak about seafood in goa most restaurants have a cuisine culture in sync with goan tastes, but this restaurant has options of not just coastal cuisine of goa but mangalore, kerala, andhra and bengal as well. additionally you have choice of oriental and north indian options, located in the heart of the city with courteous staff

tinge is an in-house restaurant by hotel grande delmonthe menu consists of a variety of cuisines from the south indian states of kerala, andhra, tamil nadu to the coastal regions of malvan and goa. the ambience is pleasant and the staff are polite and courteous.the pricing is above moderate.

i tried out their malvani thali, fish thali, kerala pepper fry, chicken cafreal biryani and prawns biryani.

the malvani thali was delicious,which consists of rice, vada, kingfish rawa fry, prawns rawa fry, malvani chicken sukha, malvani chicken rassa, malvani chicken curry, malvani prawns curry, bhindi bhaji, kheer, salad, pickle, kokum and pappad. the malvani flavors dominated this thali with its spicy and flavorful texture, especially the chicken sukha, prawns curry(lots of prawns in it) and malvani rassa. the kingfish and prawns fry was delicious. the kheer was absolutely delicious. definitely worth a try

the fish thali was all things goan, consisting of, rice, chapati, goan prawns curry, kismoor, tisryo, fish ambotik, bhindi bhaji, kingfish fry, prawns fry, salad, pickle, papad, kheer and kokum.

kerala pepper fry was a disappointment, dint quite like the texture and flavor. the chicken cafreal biryani was ok. the prawns biryani was good.

note: the malvani thali is available only on fridays and saturdays.

this place is tooo good. totally worth it. i had a kingfish thali and it was just amazing. perfect taste with lot of variety. i appreciate the staff for its prompt service and the kind gesture. happy to have a restaurant like this right in the capital city. a must try for all! looking forward to try the other varieties.

this place is too good if you want to have south indian food, sea food or north indian. it is exactly in the centre of panjim city. we had a veg thali, plain dosa with veg gravy and chicken curry, gobi fry. the veg thali was too good and tasty. it was perfect for two persons.

we had the malwani thali. it was very tasty! the staff is very friendly and ensures that the guest have a great experience! a must try place for fish.

serving a wide variety of dishes, tinge is well known for its south indian cuisine. for starters, the malwani chicken that we had was flavourful and rich in spices whereas their butter garlic calamari was a big disappointment. ended the meal with butter chicken which was fairly decent. with a satisfactory ambience, prompt service and serving refreshing cocktails will surely come back to try their malwani kingfish thali.

tinge is the in house restaurant of hotel delmon. they have a wide range of menu and various cuisines, but south indian food is their specialty. we tried calamari which was an absolute disappointment. for main course we had butter chicken which again was not something great and was so so. andhra dishes which we tried were good. staff is very friendly and prompt and are always on tip toes to serve you. overall a decent ambience place and a good visit for those people who love south indian cuisine.

try chicken/mutton kheema dosa. everything else is not exceptional; just what you will get in any other restaurant. coastal fish thali is expensive than other places.

had the costal fish thali. was also served 2 portions of chicken. which isn't usually paired with fish in a thali. the chapati wasn't good else ok.

awesome pepper fry mutton! simple but beautiful ambiance. polite waiters and there are two types of sitting areas, ac and non-ac. it's inside a hotel.
