tin roof café has a lovely, quiet and peaceful atmosphere, with fairy lights surrounding the tables. the place itself is beautifully decorated with fountains and design cut plants. we received a warm welcome from the manager (i presume) and our tables were ready for us when we arrived. table decor was above average. service was mediocre; not bad, but nothing special. our food arrived quite quickly (we were 12 people). the plating was beautiful and well presented. the flavour of the food was delicious and very enjoyable, although some of the textures were average. (the pasta of the ragú was somewhat crispy) dessert was nice, but nothing exceptional. although, some people who accompanied me, enjoyed their dessert to the fullest. trc is a lovely restaurant with a tranquil atmosphere, pleasant food, and friendly service, but because their location is "in the middle of nowhere", i expect higher quality hospitality for me to return and travel the long distance.
