best cusine i have ever had..
it's. a must visit place for all the food lovers.

we went for the buffet dinner. 1st thing that the presentation is quite clean and nice. there is a lot of variety in starters. also couple of soups and juices are always present. there are about 4-5 main course items (veg). also non-veg some 4-5 items but we were strictly veg. the live counter for pasta (veg) and some other for non-veg is also there. always love the freedom of getting our own pasta prepared as per our choice and taste. lastly there are about 10-15 desserts lined up. quite delicious. and yes nice ambience.

i went here with my friend. i have just visited once and i've tried chinese only. but it's very nice place and i loved to be here. i wish to go once more.

i would have gone to this place for dinner to enjoy the ambiance... taste and services are good but i didnt find anything interesting about this place...

the restaurant is simply superb!! 5 star service as one would expect from a radisson restaurant. the buffet here is probably the best in the city. wide range of salads, main course and mouth watering disserts. you got to have deep pockets though, as it will set you back 900 odd bucks per person. i'll say that's totally worth it. just excellent. must try for non-veg lovers!!

i was attending a panel discussion at radisson blu which was followed by lunch which i believe was from timpani and was a vegetarian buffet.
the menu for the day was elaborate and the food looked really nice too. so here goes what i had and what i would eat if and when i came back to timpani.

lemon coriander soup:
it was just warm, tasted like knorr, was a big let down.

the salad bar:
a lot of greens, carrots, tomatoes, beet root, refreshing salads. also was a basil pesto pasta which was pretty dry though the pasta was cooked well and tasted delicious

papdi chat:
the curd in the chat was sour, end of story.

the roti counter:
rotis and naans, pushed in one corner, i had almost missed it.

kofta:
these are the best koftas i have had outside of home. for these koftas i shall return. beautiful symentrical dumplings which looked like dum aloo, as soon as u bit into it, the flavors could transform you into this lovely food world. it was in green curry and virtually kisses the hands of the chef.

paneer:
the koftas were too good and the paneer although soft and the gravy just perfect could not beat the koftas.

i skipped the rice and dal.

desserts:
ras malai: chilled, yumm, melt in your mouth, yumm.
brownie: hot, a scope of ice cream, topped with strawberry, chocolate or mango syrup. *claps in happiness*

the lunch was satisfying. the kofta will pull me back at least once more.

the plates were extremely heavy and kids might need adult supervision to carry them. the service was like it is in a buffet, non-existent.

decent food. i was happy and so were the ones around me.

it was a business trip and i am staying in the same hote..so my stay was for just 2 days only. food was delicious. very thankful to cheff, who gave me a complimentary desert with the required food.. i really liked the place... this is in the middle of city.... most of malls are just walking distance away from this hotel... breakfast is too good... i thoroughly enjoyed each and everything here in radisson... guys thanks for the services provided by you...

nice food and loved the experience. even though we were just 2, they made jain buffet specially for us. desserts were delicious.

i loved the breakfast .. i enjoyed my early morning breakfast alu paratha and fresh fruits :-)

we just went there for try a royal food we expect from them but we disappointed. ....if you really want to go there pls dont try "ala carte menu"....pls go for buffet which is quite similar to ala carte menu....in buffet you will have plenty of food options so you will definitely like food basis on your choice like chinese, italian, and all etc etc....

awesome food. great place. mocktails, starter , maincourse. everything was great.

well it was my bday treat so my friend and i decided to go to timpani as i had heard about the food here
they were celebrating the chinese festival so most of the items were chinese and only a few items were indian
we went for the buffet as that was the only option
the soups were customizable , so i left it on the chef , and he did a pretty good job !! it was delicious though i had no idea what were the ingredients !!!
coming to the starters , they had spring rolls and crispy vegetables , the taste was good , don't expect the typical restaurant "masala" taste
the salads variety was great , indeed experimenting with chinese food was a good idea
there was papdi chat for the indian starter
coming to the main course
there was tofu in red and green gravy options , mexican rice , singapore rice , hakka noodels
and for the punjabi cuisine 3 subzi , the dal was to die for , it was ultimate
now comes the best part deserts
there were around 12-13 deserts and most of them were amazing , you can't get enough of it !!!!
overall the food is delicious
the service is impeccable , the staff was friendly and warm
they were always around so we never get a chance to hunt for them , commendable
the ambience was nice , the restaurant is spacious and the live music was like icing on the cake
overall , 100 percent worth the money !!!!!!

excellent staff, excellent food and amazing people work here. i ordered a sushi tray which is not a part of their menu but the chef obliged for a very reasonable price. the pasta was great, the breakfast is beyond amazing and the ambience is perfect. it has high ceilings, feels roomy and spacious and doesn't have any unpleasant smells which you find in quite a few restaurants in india. waiters are very attentive and very prompt. the best restaurant in ahmedabad, hands down.

this was a complete dinning experience. i have been to this place numerous times and still i dont get enough of it. the reason delectable delicacies + well trained staff + spectacular ambience + varieties of mouth watering dishes = perfect buffet . there are numerous locations which serves food equivalent to this however the perfect combination is what makes the dinning experience sooo divine here . a perfect place to treat your date. i must say . it quiet its beautiful and ofcourse its delicious. each time i leave here i keep longing to come back thats how mesmerizing the experience is.

there are this dishes i cant complete my review without. the buffet once served gatte ki sabji and. all i got to say about this dish is wowwww! u got to try it out iff ur lucky enough to b served the same wen u go there. then theres this live pasta counter it serves amazing pesto pastas. and if the sweet serving dsnt light up ur eyes then u r not a foodie . starters and salads are treat to look at and ofcourse the hummus and pita . i am a true hummus fan and what better place to go when here they serve hummus daily with pita and various combination of other breads . love this place keep it up guyz . many more visits from me for sure.
