excellent food and service. i had the chicken fried rice for lunch with a blueberry smoothie. the food was fantastic along with the service! this will be my new place to go!

had dinner there the other day and was very impressed! had the momo's as an appy. they were amazing and had a unique and insanely delicious dipping sauce. i'm craving them again already!

wonderful lunch today!. i used to work near downtown victoria and i enjoyed many lunches at the tibetian kitchen with friends from the office. today i was back in victoria and dropped by with a friend for lunch and it was like going home to my mom's cooking. i had forgotten how subtle yet complex pemba's curries are..every bite gets better! and the creamy lentll soup is amazing and a perfect thing to pair with a curry on a foggy winter monday noon.

a nice spot. we had eaten once in a tibetan restaurant in portland (or) and when we saw the name of this restaurant, we decided we needed to try it. the food was quite good (and is a good value...our entrees were about $13 each in july 2012), and the service was prompt and very friendly.

the food was well prepared and flavorful. it's hard to put into words, but we all have had eating experiences which we find ourselves thinking "it's hard to imagine the food being any better." this did quite reach that level, but we certainly were not disappointed at all by our experience.

great food, fair prices. easy, central location in downtown victoria. food was great and staff very friendly - owned by husband and wife. prices were fair, as were the portions. only thing to note was not very spicy...so go for at least medium if not the hot.

love this place!. went there last nght with 13 friends! we had top-notch service from our waitress. the food was great too. great atmosphere. can't wait to go back!!

wow!. my husband and i live in california, travel quite a bit and use our travels as a way to search out delicious out of the way eateries...and in finding the tibetan kitchen, we really feel like we struck gold! the staff was excellent, friendly and knowledgeable, the service, great. but the food! the lamb was utterly delicious, as was the mono served with it. we both decided we wished we lived closer, so that we could join them again and again! great value and comfortable attractive decor...

curtis gray. fantastic cashew based curry. what a surprise. we are coming back often. prepare to be amazed by the all natural food. homemade pickles add heat and are outstanding.

very good. i have eaten here many times and have always come away happy. i usually order the momos and sha-palei but guests i am with have always been very happy with the various curries as well. i also like the fact i can order brown rice.

the best curry in town and the chef's thukpa is absolutely delish !! if you are in victoria , got to go to the little family run kitchen !!!

was on my way to another spot for lunch and their sign caught my eye. i am always a sucker for curry. had the veggie curry on brown rice to go for $9.95. super fast service and really good value. i will be returning next time i'm craving curry.
