great place. absolutely worth a try!staffand food are both great. will be back many times over.

the place is very relaxing and accommodating. thestafffriendly and helpful. the pizza is very good, but i would rank it third behind the pizza joint, and the village idiot. i do recommend it for good food and a good time.

the food was good but service wasn't the best. thestaffwere very impersonal and aloof. my biggest complaint is their lack of changing tables in the restrooms. if you're a parent of a young child, beware! i mean, why have high chairs but no changing tables? we will not be going back for awhile.

i heart the fellow!. went here 2x when visiting columbia, sc. full of law students, locals, and people of all ages. the walls are lined with books and there are many flat screens with sports programs playing. the breakfast menu was awesome (omlette and grits) and the dinner food was plentiful (chicken carolina sandwich was yummy). thestaffis attentive, refills sodas, checks on drinks, and keeps the place humming nicely. the bathrooms were clean as can be! the whole place is a chill spot for some beers, wine, food, and friendship. perfect for pals, dates, or even families. the food is yummy and the prices are average. good portions. a true local spot for insiders. :)

if it was the last place on earth. i would not return to the thirsty fellow again for any amount of money. horribly rudestaffand while waiting to be seated had opportunity to watch 'kitchen' at work. the only reason they are still in business must be their location at the usc campus. take your money elsewhere, you should easily find another establishment that understands how to treat a customer!! they seem to not care........

this is a nice sports pub, very clean and modern. the owner takes great pride in this place. full bar and good beer selection. food is above average for a pub. lots of hd big screen tvs. cons: the service. hostess was a rude teenager (why the he'll does a bar have a hostess anyhow?), bartender seemed lazy and disinterested, and the wholestaffseemed to have a bad attitude and seemed like they didn't want to be there. other than the staff, it's a great place to meet friends for drinks and pub food and catch a game.
