bizarro world. as far as i could tell, it's the exact same menu as the elk... but somehow not quite as good. it was like a bad imitation, which would be bad enough had it not been the same owners and whatnot. i'm all for places branching out, extending their brand, etc. but the exact same terribly designed menu?! respect for theelkfranchise took a hit, especially learning it's apparently trying to literally be made a franchise (lol?).
won't go back. if you want to eat at the elk, go to there. it's the same menu, only good. which, interestingly, kinda proves it takes more than a menu and recipe to make food good... gotta hire a good cook too, guys.
