we had heard a lot of good things about this place.  we also heard that since they moved to their new location that it wasn't the same as it was before.  we went on a saturday morning and waited 45 minutes for a table.  once we were seated we were promptly served and got ourfoodwithout a long wait.  unfortunately, thefoodwas very simple.  there was nothing that really stood out or made it special.  it wasn't bad by any means but it wasn't great.  given the long wait and the averagefoodi doubt that we will go back.

i don't understand the hype surrounding this place. like the other reviewer mentioned, thefoodis terribly mediocre. i had a potato pancake breakfast. the potato pancakes were definitely not homemade and looked and tasted institutional. when the highlight of the breakfast was the rye toast, that says something. i spent ten dollars on something i could have very easily made at home in an even faster time. i'd rate this place a 3 but i found the server's attitude off-putting. just because the place is busy is no excuse to treat a customer like you have no time, even if you really don't. so 2.5.

getcha some good food!. town house is great. it has a hometown diner feel, which barely exists anymore these days, yet thefoodis excellent. the gyros are great, the fried chicken is great, as are the chicken and biscuits. pretty much everything they make is great. on top of that, they have daily specials which you can get off their facebook feed which they keep updated frequently. hands down, one of the best places to eat in oviedo.

great place!. we love this place. thefoodis excellent, the waitstaff is wonderful and i love the desserts!! the kids like that they can order breakfast anytime of the day.

great breakfast place. my visits to town house have been hit-or-miss as far as the service but thefoodis consistently delicious and i absolutely love the tzatziki appetizer! haven't had a bad meal there and their breakfast specials are cheap.

my husband and i live the townhouse. as a self-proclaimed southern girl, i love that thefoodis delicious and affordable and that the atmosphere is uniquely oviedo style cozy. for my husband, an upstate new yorker, it is the closest thing to a diner he has seen since moving to florida. i recommend the greek omlette.

you want eggs with that omelet?. went to the townhouse after driving all night long. it was my first time, but will not be my last. thefoodwas great, but the best part was the service. the young lady "kat", (is the name they called her), was a joy to deal with. her charm, wit and humor, as well as her professional demeanor, was well worth the stop.
when asked if i wanted eggs with my omelet,...well it made my day.
thanks for a great breakfast and the smiles.

town house is great the servers are very nice andfoodis always wonderful. if you like a home cooked breakfast with that old diner feel check out town house!

warm people, goodfood& pricing. thefoodat town house is delectable! everything is good there and reasonably priced for the amount given! cannot beat the friendly people who work there and you will not only have one waitress, but they all help out to serve you! no one sitting around there, everyone keeps busy. come as you are and no worries...you will not go away hungry for certain. enjoy!

townhouse. this little restaurant has a great atmosphere and great service. they are very accommodating to families and quite pleasant with children. the breakfast menu is traditional and all thefoodis well worth the price!

great place. we love the townhouse. greatfoodand atmosphere. this is where all the big things happen in oviedo. breakfast is great. dinner is also good. prices seem to be a little high though. would definitely recommend. try the biscuits and gravy for breakfast. try some fries and brown gravy with your dinner. heart attack on a plate!
